Great Team at Eide Ford Stephen was simply one of the easiest salespersons to work with we've had. We came in knowing what we wanted, and requested a salesperson at the front Stephen was simply one of the easiest salespersons to work with we've had. We came in knowing what we wanted, and requested a salesperson at the front desk and he was eager to help. He pulled up the vehicle and took care of us with excellent service. Simply the best salesperson we've worked with. There was a bit of delay due to external factors and he kept us company and we really appreciated it. Ryne in finance was quick and efficient. Easy to work with and made sure we got what we wanted. He was able to adjust for our desires without any hassle. My only issue has nothing to do with the people we dealt with. The final packages shown, I felt it was a little misleading. Eide's system pops up 4 possible options (from Premium to Economy), but even the economy package offered was nearly a 20% increase over the base payment. Its not immediately clear on the screen that you could decline all of them if you so wanted. That said, Ryne helped us pick out just the pieces we desired and made sure we were aware of what was offered by those pieces and what we were declining if so, and he didn't pressure us to selecting a given package, just stressed he wants to make sure the dealer takes care of us for the life of the vehicle. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd gladly work with them again! More
