Lemon I purchased a vehicle from Eide over Christmas for my husband. Now, I must say that the sales side of this transaction was wonderful. Mike was great t I purchased a vehicle from Eide over Christmas for my husband. Now, I must say that the sales side of this transaction was wonderful. Mike was great to work with and he answered all of my questions. He insured me the vehicle went through a comprehensive mechanical review and that it was sound with a clean car fax. As this was a surprise for my husband, and it's a unicorn of a truck, everything was done via email and fed ex. I was never provided paperwork showing the mechanical review. Due to a shipping mishap, we flew out to get the vehicle and drove it back from North Dakota to Denver. When we got it back to Denver we immediately had to replace the starter and the radiator. Then the fuel injectors, the coils and then the entire engine. Now we are replacing fuel lines. The mechanics we went to said that it was obvious that this vehicle had major work and repairs done earlier by the sheared off bolts and crappy silicone job on/around the cams. They also stated that some, if not all, of these items should have been caught and that we should demand our money back. When we reached out to Eide they pretty much refused to talk to us. I've asked numerous times to see the mechanical inspection I was told was done with no return of phone call or email. I asked to speak with the GM and was also denied. The service manager didn't respond to our request and the service associate we did speak to couldn't tell us what inspection was done. Their customer service after the sale has been pretty much awful. We can't even get the xxxx thing registered because they sent incorrect paperwork twice. This vehicle has been in the shop longer than we've been able to drive it. This is frustrating to say the least! We are in over 15k at this point and that's not including the inconvenience or the rental car we have had to rent. I feel completely scammed by Eide and would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. More

Staff was outstanding. Starting with the sales person Fran, she had complete knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in and wound up buying. At the beginning when I was dealing with the salesman he informed me that they went through all the filters and fluid. They had either missed it or he lied. Same day a friend was trading in a vehicle they tried to knock 800$ off for a cracked windshield then they vehicle they purchased 40,000$+ had two chips and they didn’t offer to fix them. Also the pickup they bought have a built in DVD player and the lady said it worked and guess what it doesn’t... More
