Went in for an oil change. My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had very positive experience. They Buy Low and Sell HIgh I went in to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had already researched on-line the invoice/MSRP prices. I also researched the KBB trade-in value I went in to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had already researched on-line the invoice/MSRP prices. I also researched the KBB trade-in value for my present vehicle. My trade-in was in extremely excellent condition and extremely low miles (my least driven vehicle). The sales manager didn't even go out to look at my trade-in! He presented to me a purchase price that was only a few hundred dollars below the MSRP and wanted to give me the lowest KBB price for my trade-in. When I hesitated in committing immediately to a purchase...I said that I would like to take 24 hours to think about it. He then refused to give me a copy of the purchase price agreement or the trade-in offer! I walked out and never returned. More
