I wrote 1 review but apparently was not put on here. Thought I purchased a vehicle last Friday, but it had to go to the shop. Was approved, drove back Saturday with paperwork. Told it was still in s Thought I purchased a vehicle last Friday, but it had to go to the shop. Was approved, drove back Saturday with paperwork. Told it was still in shop, no word. Engine light on. No one called me to tell me the progress. I continually contacted them, Mon., Tues, Wed. I called the shop myself and was told car wasn't in there. I was livid. Someone said it may have gone to BMW shop. Apparently no one knows anything or do and doesnt want to communicate with the customer! I finally got the call to pick it up the next day at 3:30. When I went to pick it up, I told them i wanted to drive it . I drove it, Engine light was still n after 4 days supposedly in the shop. I returned to the dealership, met with James, got some story what they tried to do, said light went out but came back on. It would be too expensive to send to a BMW Shop. I drove another vehicle that was a real piece of junk for an additional $3000. I went back in, told them they all needed a course in "Customer Relations." I didn't want any deal from them. Also told them, they should keep their Customer informed of what is truly happening. It was a wasted week waiting and leaving with NO vehicle! More
