Bought a 2022 Dodge Durango RT with 16,000. Once we got home we could smell a rancid smell in the vehicle. We found mice had chewed through the wiring as well as insulation all over the vehicle Once we got home we could smell a rancid smell in the vehicle. We found mice had chewed through the wiring as well as insulation all over the vehicle. We found dead and rotting mice through the frame of the vehicle and rotting dog food. Body panels had to be taken off of the vehicle to remove everything. I contacted Eide and they told me to contact insurance. Since it is rodent damage it is not covered. This should of all been easily seen with the multipoint inspection. Disappointing for sure. I will however say my salesperson was excellent. More
