This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed. More

Horrible service I purchased a 2022 Dodge Promaster in Charlotte NC and the crash light was coming on took it to Efird Chrysler Jeep in Florence SC had to take it in 3 different times then they kept the v Charlotte NC and the crash light was coming on took it to Efird Chrysler Jeep in Florence SC had to take it in 3 different times then they kept the van for a week and within days the light is still coming on. The service advisor and service manager were useless even had someone calling me from their parts department with incorrect information. I have spoke with the owner over the phone he said they dont have qualified people to work on the Promaster and he recommend I take it to Charlotte where I purchased the vehicle. No wonder the service department is so relaxed and nonchalant with the way they treat customers. Awful customer service from top to bottom. Would give them a 0 if possible. More
Will never purchase here again. I bought a RAM Limited. I was misled about the condition of the vehicle. I try to tell everyone I see about the level of service I received. I think they are the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with, which is sad. More

When I arrived I was told by a less than friendly repair rep that it was "Chrysler day" and they were only working on Chryslers. So why did you confirm my appointment. The service people are so rude and spend their time walking around glaring at you when you are waiting. Do not take your car here! More
Service department sucks I had a appointment and dropped my car off around 9:45. They said it would take 2 1/2 no more than 3 hours to change my alternator. The service department is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. They did not fix the problem with my vehicle(with only 12,000 miles on it) after it sat there for the entire day. When I called not a week later because the check engine light came on for a 3rd time, she told me that it could be anther problem and not anything to do with why it was on before. She told me that I could come in yet another week later to have it checked out, disregarding the fact that it should have been fixed and I have to work around my job and waste my time. I should not have to be bringing in a new vehicle this often and this soon. She constantly interrupted me when I tried to explain my situation, and was constantly arguing and talking over me. What kind of customer service is that? If you are considering purchasing a vehicle or wanting service, DO NOT go to Efird in Florence, SC. I called Jeep customer service, and they agreed that dealerships should be more accomodating, and suggested that I take my business to another dealership. I actually get many complements on my Jeep, but I will let everyone I know to NOT SHOP at Efird!!! More
On multiple occasions, the service department has given my finance the run around about warranty coverage on the vehicle. The service manager on most recent visit (and final visit ever) was extremely rude and condescend, not even letting me finish my description of the issue and what had been so far before cutting me off and telling me it was covered and I would have to pay. She even asked me if I knew what year it was. Poor attitude, poor service, no accountability of action, and ZERO customer service. More
