Good car selection. Salesperson helpful and accommodating. During negotiations, salesperson offered $16,500 and management made him go up to $16,700. During final negotiations on Saturday, salesperson said $617 down payment was needed and car was released on a dealer tag until outside funding came in. When funding was received on the following Thursday, finance called for down payment for $180 more. When I talked about the issue, the salesperson was required to call me back and get me to pay the extra $180. I give a high recommendation for Tim Tolliver, but management didn’t follow through on what was agreed on. When doing business with Edwards auto group, get any deals in writing and don’t just take their word for it. More
