I mentioned that I was looking for a new car to Chuck Norman. Having purchased several cars from this dealership before, my plan was to go there first. I told Eric exactly what I wanted, ie. color, model, etc. They found it very quickly but would need to have it delivered to their store. I was out of town for one week, but was kept in the loop while I was away by Alan. When I returned I went to the store and was taken to see the car. The papers were ready for me to sign. It was a simple, easy process. There was no haggling, no wagering, just the offer. My husband and I signed the papers, met with Ron Dolan, who is so nice and explained the added features so well, and drove away with our new car. Chuck, Alan and Eric all walked me out to my car and made me feel like I was the luckiest person there. I wish the story would end there, but I does not. Within 48 hours of the purchase, I was in an accident. I know I could have gone somewhere else, but I called Chuck, who in turn, called Alan. They said to bring the car to them, they would put me in a loaner and get my car to the body shop. I would have my own new car back in a few days just like new. They came to my rescue and didn't have to! Why would I go anywhere else? They didn't just sell me a car, they sold me on service as well. More
I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from Michelle over the past several years. She has always done an outstanding job. When Michelle we were looking for a vehicle for my daughter last year, we went to Kia. We found out Michelle was not there, so we went to Honda. Michelle is the best car dealer! We get the vehicle we are looking for, and always feel like we get a good deal. I have even made car deals over the phone. I tell Michelle what I am looking for in a vehicle, and she tells me what is available. I look online at the vehicle she describes, and we work from there. I come in, test drive, and sign the papers. Michelle has always taken care of us! Thank you Michelle! Patrick, the finance guy, has so many patience. I am a "tough" customer. I ask lots of questions, he patiently works through each and everyone of them. Thanks Patrick! More
I recently visited Lake manawa Nissan after I had frequented about three other dealerships trying to find a Nissan Altima.I would admit that prior to coming to lake manawa Nissan I was as confused an frequented about three other dealerships trying to find a Nissan Altima.I would admit that prior to coming to lake manawa Nissan I was as confused and dint know what exactly I wanted and going to the other dealerships dint not help my situation as much.When i got to Lake Manawa I was waited on a sales representative whose name is Clint Ingalls.Clint was very professional,very friendly and courteous and was very helpful and informative about the questions that I had about the Altima. I got very great customer service from Clint and he definetly helped me in informing and knowing what exactly i was looking for.I would like to thank Lake Manawa Nissan and also Clint for his great help and i definetly look forward to getting my new Altima from Lake manawa nissan in a week or two.I also intend to spead the good word to my friends and family about you guys,thank you! My husband and I came into the dealership to look for new altimas. Lake Manawa Nissan had a huge selection of altimas. Our salesperson Eric was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He did a great job at showing us all the options on the nissan altima. When it came to purchase the altima he was very professional and never pressured us at all, as a matter of fact he made the purchase experience very easy. Lake Manawa Nissan gave a very good price for our trade. The finance dept manager Patrick explained all the paper work and was very helpful as well. We are very glad we made the purchase and much to our suprise a couple of days later Eric called us up and made sure everything was ok. I bought a "used" Nissan Rogue in March, 2009 from Teddy G, and I love it! It only had 1700 miles, but was considered a used car. He was great to work with, and fun to talk to. Then, I started having a paint problem, and Chuck Norman (and Nissan Corporation) helped me with that, even though the paint wasn't under warranty. He was fair and very helpful, and the problem has been resolved. They made a frustrating situation more tolerable, and I appreciate them very much! I am very impressed by the caring attitude and professionalism of the people involved, and I couldn't be happier with the results of the repair. I highly recommend Lake Manawa Nissan for purchasing or servicing a car. They have given me back my trust in people to help in a situation that was out of my control. This is my 3rd vehicle at Lake Manawa...the associates have always treated me fairly, friendly and with respect. I purchase a new car about every 2 years because my job requires me to travel a lot. I prefer a new car so I don't have to worry about maintenance, car issues or being broke down between job locations as the milage increases on my cars. I have owned 2 Kia's and the time I purchased a Nissan...I love it...great car and I have been told the value for trade in is higher. Our over-all experience was pleasant and the sales person very friendly and helpful. We went to look at new Kia's but did not make a purchase as we have not made a final decision. Horrendous! Avoid at all costs. I went to purchase a Spectra. They need me to sign various "mutual agreements" even before talking about the price or what I need. They wanted me to sign a "I will sign to purchase the car today" statement even before talking about the price and availability of the car. When I refused, the salesman called the manager who tried to intimidate and virtually threaten me. When I started leaving the dealership, he still came after me yelling about how he would beat any price from the other dealer I talked. Never, ever go to this dealership even if you get the "best deal" (as they'd tell you over the phone). If you went, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you are 200% sure that's what you want. Read everything they give you (even business cards) very carefully. You wouldn't know until you are trapped, which will happen within minutes. More
