Great to work with and employee didn't waste out time. We were previous Altima owners and we knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered. My opinion of car salesmen sure got changed the day I stopped at Lake Maniwa Kia... Jim Werklund was my salesman, and after visiting with him a few minutes, I felt like I had known him forever..He was v stopped at Lake Maniwa Kia... Jim Werklund was my salesman, and after visiting with him a few minutes, I felt like I had known him forever..He was very personable, respectful, professional, most of all was his PATIENCE! He listened to my needs and concerns, and never once did I feel pressured by him.. Since this was first "NEW" car purchase I had alot of questions, and he was very good to go over all of them with me. He worked very hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Jim has been excellent even after the sale, I had some add-ons and he made sure those were done to my satisfaction. Also, I had the misfortune of getting a door ding a few weeks ago, Jim found someone to take care of that for me(who did and excellent job).. So, I respect the fact that not only does he sell cars, but he genuinely cares about his customers after the sale...I truly believe him when he tells me if I have any questions he is only a phone call away... I would highly recommend Jim to my family & friends, so if you are in the market for a car go see him..I feel I not only got my new Sorento that day but also made a new friend!!! More

When they found out what was wrong I was called and given a breakdown of what was necessary. She called me several times to make sure that I was comfortable with what was to be done. The communication was exceptional and I was put at ease throughout the whole process. Even when they suggested additional maintenance that was needed, when I refused she was very complicate and not pushy! Jessica was great to work with and I was able to trust her completely!!! More
