I had been looking to get into a new Kia Forte for a while but couldn’t really decide on which dealership to go with. People did not give me attention and I was just another person in the crowd waiting to have a sale pushed to me. I felt enough discomfort to not want to return. I then went to Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia and explained to them exactly what I was looking for. The sales person took the time to listen to what I wanted and asked several questions. He took notes, walked with me, understood what I wanted for pricing, and made it happen with no problems. I would recommend them to anybody and plan on returning for future purchases. More
We purchased our first Kia Sorento 2011 from Lake Manawa last spring. We were so happy with it until it started having problems that couldnt be fixed. Michelle Trudell is by far the most concerned sales person I have ever encountered. She lived up to everything she said she would do and we will be telling everyone we know about the dealership, of course Michelle, and the service department and what fine professional people they are. Not only did I get a better deal on a better vehicle at Lake Manawa, I was amazed at the friendliness and sincerity of the staff there. My salesman, Dan Peck, was fantastic. There was zero pressure and I really felt like he was working for me in trying to get the best deal possible. I also got a great trade-in value on the vehicle I had. This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences with a car dealer that I've ever had. I spoke with Michelle T. at LMK about a car lease (Sorento). I told her that I was also doing some business with H and H Kia from Omaha. The first thing she said to me was, "I can beat anything they (Sorento). I told her that I was also doing some business with H and H Kia from Omaha. The first thing she said to me was, "I can beat anything they throw at you!!" At first I was apprehensive because typically that's what all salesmen say when trying to "butter" their customers. As the conversation went on, I started to get a sense of "realness" and no xx about what she was saying. Long story short, she dominated anything that H and H tried to do for us. She was upbeat (in spite of some Bronchial cough) and always willing to meet me at the dealership anytime we needed attention/help. I will recommend her and LMK to any of my friends and everyone looking to buy a car. We love the Sorento and Michelle consistently stays in contact with us to make sure everything is smooth and all our needs are taken care of! Thanks Michelle!! More

As a business owner, I appreciate a business that runs as efficiently and courteously as Lake Manawa Kia. All my questions were answered without any sales pressure, and the entire buying experience was a delight. I had done my homework before I contacted Lake Manawa Kia. I had checked with dealers in Omaha, Lincoln, Kansas City and a few other cities to price the car I was looking for. I had gotten an unbelievable low quote from the H & H Omaha Kia dealer, but wanted to see what Lake Manawa had to offer. My wife had all but sealed the deal with H & H, and we were ready to leave Lake Manawa Kia to buy a car from H & H. When we recapped what was our best offer, we realized that Michelle and her crew had our very best interests at heart, and were sincere in their approach. Not only did they beat the Omaha price (and we live in Omaha and prefer to do business there), they had a far better choice of color and options. Alan was a real gentleman who understood my wife's concerns as he sat in the back seat during the test drive, and showed her the car's features. Ian Duffey was a pleasure to talk to. He reminded me of having a conversation with an old friend instead of the finance director. Last but certainly not least was the very polite Mr. Ronald Phillips, Jr., who was extremely efficient with the final details of the financing that we had intended on handling with our bank. The interest rate he got for us from the SAC credit union was far below the rate my own bank of thirty-five years had quoted me during my discovery phase before buying this car. I learned a long time ago that my very best new customers come from the referrals of my satisfied old ones. I'm a new customer of Lake Manawa Kia, but have told everyone I come into contact with about the delightful people I met while buying a new car. Well done from every aspect! More
My boyfriend needed a bigger vehicle so I came with him to help him look. I will also be buying a car in the next month so I needed to look anyway. We finally went to Lake Manawa Nissan/Kia where Heath started showing him around. He didn't push my boyfriend into buying right now or spending more money. He also talked to me about what I was going to be looking for while my boyfriend was checking out the vehicles. He stayed late after he made his choice on the van and also greeted us when we came today to finish the paperwork even though we just needed to talk to finance. When I come back I definitely want to have Heath help me find my car. He already showed me some that I am very interested in, and after looking around with him I like the Nissans a lot. By far my favorite place that we stopped at all day when we were looking for the new car. More
