I typically do not purchase the extended warranty, and was declining the warranty at the time of delivery. The F&I gentleman told me that the extended warranty would cover ANY out of pocket cost for up t was declining the warranty at the time of delivery. The F&I gentleman told me that the extended warranty would cover ANY out of pocket cost for up to 60,000 miles, and that just the powertrain servicing alone would make me come out ahead. I asked him twice, so I will not have to pay anything for service for the first 60,000 miles and he said YES. My wife takes the car in for an oil change within the first year and they don't disclose any additional work and say we owe them $300. Turns out the warranty does not cover any service issues, yet they do not tell her that up front. On top of that the service department has watched my wife struggle opening the door with a stroller and nobody seems to care, nor a here let me help you there. I personally took the car in today and not even so much as a THANK YOU, we appreciate your business. I will definetly take my business to a dealership that cares. More
Marc was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He personally followed up on details, I had a trade in and he personally took the vehicle over to have it valued while I was at the deale questions. I was looking at two vehicles thinking one would be higher in payments than desired. With the trade I received, I asked him to go ahead and price the higher vehicle. I was supprised at the discount provided and the deal worked for me. Marc checked back frequently to make sure I had no problems with the vehicle, options operations, etc. He introduced me to the service personnel before I left if I had other questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I have already told others they should go to Miniwa KIA when they inquired about my new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle in 2008 from Maniwa Kia also, this is why I came back to this dealership! More
They were friendly and honest! They weren't pushy like some of the car dealerships/ sales people I had dealt with before them. They made me comfortable, I didn't feel like I just wanted to get up and run some of the car dealerships/ sales people I had dealt with before them. Many variables came up in our purchase decision, and the staff could not have worked harder to keep us informed, get what we wanted, and keep their word. Negotiating was up front and unmanipulative. This is our first buying experience with Lake Manawa Kia, and our only regret is that we did not find them sooner! This is our 5th new Kia, 6th new car purchase, and we have purches many used cars as well. Lake Manawa dominated our previous sales experiences in every way. The sales associates are 'real', genuinely interested in helping us find what we want, and customer satisfaction matters to them. I will be highly recommending that my young adult children/family/friends- look up MICHELLE TRUDELL, at Lake Manawa NIssa KIa for their new and used car needs. I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Lake Manawa Kia dealership! I was dealing with H&H in Omaha and they had been giving me the run around for the past 6 weeks. I located the car on Saturday(H&H was su dealership! I was dealing with H&H in Omaha and they had been giving me the run around for the past 6 weeks. I located the car on Saturday(H&H was supposedly trying to locate this car for me for the past month) online at the Lake Manawa dealership. Went in on Monday and bought the car without any hassles. Everyone was GREAT! The staff was all very professional and a pleasure to work with during my car buying experience. I would highly recommend Lake Manawa Kia/Nissan to everyone! More
I wanted to lower my monthly payment and have purchased my last 3 cars from Lake Manawa in Iowa. I had been speaking to Marc for a couple of months to find a way to make the payment adjustment happen for my last 3 cars from Lake Manawa in Iowa. I had been speaking to Marc for a couple of months to find a way to make the payment adjustment happen for me. He was extremely helpful and worked my personal needs so I could accomplish my goal. Marc recommended the lease option to assist in lowering my payment and put me in a new car to boot! I had never leased before so I was a bit concerned on how it all would work and the pros/cons to leasing/purchasing. Marc and his manager took the time to explain the process and how it would benifit me to make the change to lease and have the option to get a new vehicle every 3 years if that was what I prefered. I trade in my cars about every 2-3 years because I want something dependable at all times. The lease option was right up my alley!!! I appreciated all Kia did for me to make this transition smooth, hassel free and convienent. They are a good team and I continue to do business with them due to this factor. I sincerely believe they want to put you in a car that is right for you and affordable to your income needs. Thank you Kia for once again putting me in a car I JUST LOVE!!!! I will see you in 3 years to upgrade again. More
