my brother was looking to trade his truck for something much newer so i told him to go over to lake manawa kia where michelle trudell works and talk to her and only her and see just what she could do for h much newer so i told him to go over to lake manawa kia where michelle trudell works and talk to her and only her and see just what she could do for him. my brothers a tough cookie and i knew michelle was the sales person(woman) for him. when my brother(richard peterson) was out looking at the used newer trucks that they had, a couple of the salemen came out to try to help him but werent real knowlegable about their trucks when my brother asked a few questions. as it got closer to 6pm, the salesmans attention span grew shorter and my brother got discouraged and only wanted to wait til michelle's next work day and deal with her. so needless to say once again michelle sealed the deal. and my brother went home a very happy camper with the truck he picked out. he tells me alomst every other day how much he LOVES his purchase!!! hes not easy to please. dustin in finance office was really great also. he explains everything so that the regular person can understand the paperwork your signing and not just the legal mumbo jumbo thats on it. More

Roger was incredible to work with. He took the time to see what our needs were in a vehicle and made sure the choice we made (2012 Altima Coupe in Crimson Black) was what we really wanted and walked us through every step he was making. I will also give a high give to the detailing person. There was a small spot on the gear shift knob and he would NOT let me drive that car home until he removed that spot. WOW!!!! We will NEVER buy another vehicle from anywhere else. You have our word. Your Lincoln Customers! More
I went into Lake Manawa based off a radio ad I had heard. I contacted the dealership to see what I could possibly get out of my other car as I didn't want to make a drive if it wasn't going to be worth the I contacted the dealership to see what I could possibly get out of my other car as I didn't want to make a drive if it wasn't going to be worth the drive. I spoke with Michelle on the phone that was able to give me a blind estimate (I wasn't going to take it officially unless I knew they would look at the vehicle). Michelle gave me an estimate that made me see that I should at least drive out and see what they had. When I got there, Michelle let took me around to see what vehicles were left to choose from. While walking around I saw the Kia Forte and decided to take it out on a test drive. Michelle did a great job selling this vehicle to me. It wasn't all that easy of a job as I loved my Kia Sportage and honestly didn't even think I would ever sell it....Little did i know....I would be driving off the lot in my very first Brand new car. I've now had my Forte for just about 2 months and i didn't like i would enjoy it as much as I do but the gas mileage I receive was worth it all. I love the color and how it rides. Michelle also was really good as i had some questions that came around After I bought the vehicle and she was patient with me with the questions I had. I had a great experience with Lake Manawa and have already referred a friend there to purchase her brand new car too. Great experience. For not knowing people I felt very welcomed by Michelle as I have always bought from the same dealership in the past. More
I'm a couple months late on my review but we also has Mr. Pat Collins as our sales representative. My wife and I would like to commend Mr. Collins for his professional conduct and courtesy. Given the constraints we are under and certain medical issues Pat worked diligently with us until satisfaction was had. He maintains a "top of the line" attitude in a very fast-paced atmosphere. In a world that revolves around money it is good to see someone who takes the time to get to know you. I again commend Mr. Collins as well as the rest of the Lake Manawa Nissan Kia crew for their service and loyalty to the Kia brand! More

Well the first Kia (Sorento) we bought was absolutely MONEY!!!! Now that we have bought a second one (Optima), we know that it's a legit company. Michelle should be known as Lake Manawa's MVP every month MONEY!!!! Now that we have bought a second one (Optima), we know that it's a legit company. Michelle should be known as Lake Manawa's MVP every month! Talk about the epitome of a salesperson... She has pizazz and endless work ethic. It took about 3 weeks before we made a deal (Cause I'm a tough one to bargain) and she never gave up on us. She would call even after hours on her drive home just to update me on our current car situation. Each time I was in the dealership, most of the other salesmen were sitting around talking or smoking all while Michelle is juggling between 3 customers trying to make deals. It just goes to show who knows how to sell cars, genuinely cares about her customers, and wants to make something happen with each sale. I appreciate her devotion and love for her job and her customers!! She has a huge heart and infectious personality!! Kia should be paying her good, she's worth it! Thanks Michelle! Campbells More
