We are very happy to hear that you love your vehicle. We are also sorry that your salesperson put chew in his mouth, that is disgusting and very unprofessional. We have addressed this situation with him. There is no excuse for our finance department not to get your check. That is unacceptable. As far as our refer a friend program, the details of it are on our website. If you do not fill out the form on our website then the customer you send in must tell his or her salesperson that you referred them in. Otherwise we have no way of knowing. Our referral program is unlike any other and is a great deal. But because of that our GM gets calls daily from people that say they sent in a friend to buy a car because they want their car payment made. That is why we put the form on our website. Again we are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We will use your story as a teaching tool with our finance department and sales people so nothing like that happens again.
