From purchase to service absolute professional service We have purchased two Rio's, two Sportages and two Optima's from this dealer. Our son drove his Rio for 10 years and loved it! Our first Optima lasted We have purchased two Rio's, two Sportages and two Optima's from this dealer. Our son drove his Rio for 10 years and loved it! Our first Optima lasted 11 years before we decided to get a newer Optima. My first Sportage lasted for a little over 150,000 miles before I decided to purchase a new one. The new Sportage finally started to wear out at a little over 250,000 miles (I drove a lot). All the purchases went very well and Tony Loser got to help service all six of them! I have never had anything but excellent service and assistance from all of the great people there including Gerry Baker(Who is one of the courtesy Drivers and a really nice guy). Obviously I spent lot of time in their service department. My observations are that they treat everybody as their friend and normally go above and beyond to make sure they resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If you are looking to find a dealership that treats you the way you want to be treated, then your search can stop here. If you only like American made things, you should ask the people who work there about the factory down south. More
