car had surge problem had a problem with my daughters car. Seems when going up a hill it would surge a little. But when I took it to Edwards they said it could be spark plu had a problem with my daughters car. Seems when going up a hill it would surge a little. Outstanding Service The air conditioner on my 2012 Chrysler 200 was not working. After an initial inspection it was stated that nothing wrong could be found and an air c The air conditioner on my 2012 Chrysler 200 was not working. After an initial inspection it was stated that nothing wrong could be found and an air conditioner service would probably take care of the problem. This service was performed. The next day the air conditioner was still not working. It was discovered that an "unsafe" condition existed with the air conditioning system. Nikki informed me that it would cost $1,200 to fix the problem. I purchased an extended warranty with the vehicle which took care of the total cost. I'm supposed to pick up the car on the 29th of June as the car is still under repair. I am very satisfied with the service I've received thus far. I'm sure the car will be in good working order when I pick it up and if not, I will have no problem bringing it back for additional service. More
