just awful customer service Went to Edwards Kia to look at a 2015 truck with a little over 8,000 miles. When i got there, i was told that it wasnt there and the manager uses it f Went to Edwards Kia to look at a 2015 truck with a little over 8,000 miles. When i got there, i was told that it wasnt there and the manager uses it for personal use. So they called him to come down. 30 minutes later he pulls up with two other guys with him. It took them 5 minutes to clean food bags out (McDonald's ) and pop bottles and papers. The truck was a mess inside and out. He also racked up about 2,000 more miles on it too. I was visably upset and no one would talk to me. I even called by phone and Steve Winchell was very rude. He kept cutting me off. Carsguru say that 2015 Titan is selling slowly. Gee, i wonder why? Its because its never there. There's unesscessary wear and tear being put on truck that they're asking over $30,000 for. Woodhouse Nissan is much more professional and they will get my business. More
