A pleasant experience and a NEW car to boot I walked into Edward's Nissan and basically had two cars in mind to either lease or try to purchase. Once in the door one of the guys immediately ask I walked into Edward's Nissan and basically had two cars in mind to either lease or try to purchase. Once in the door one of the guys immediately asked if they could help me and of course I said yes. I had two cars I wanted to talk to someone about. 10 seconds later I had a salesperson in front of me. I laid it all out to Alan exactly what I was looking at and what I wanted to do. All I needed to know was if they could meet my numbers for one or the other cars. He showed me a 2016 Maxima that was on the floor and of course I wanted to see what they could do with that one, but the one I wanted was a 2017. Alan asked if I wanted to take a drive in a new car, ah duh, so we could talk some more. After the drive and some talking Alan knew and commented that I had done my homework and the only thing to do is to run the numbers. End result is that I drove out with a new 2017 Maxima S, which is the car I came in wanting. They gave me what I think was a great trade-in for my car, because it was more than I thought I would get. Of course I had to add a little to it for some additional coverage. but it was all for peace of mind during the lease period. I got what I wanted with no hassles or high pressure sales tactics. Alan listened to me and he made it happen. I was ready to make a deal and I got exactly what I wanted in the price range I was comfortable with. It took a bit to get it all done, but I was happy with everyone's ability to make it happen and was compensated by the GM for hanging in there while everything was happening to make the deal successful. I hope the next 3 years are as pleasant to deal with this crew and the service department as the initial experience was because I know I will be back to get another new car at that time. More

LIARS !!!!!!! We purchased a 2015 Kia Optima and paid cash. We were told it had two keys and was marked two keys on the tag. We were also told we had 5 days to return the car if not happy with it. They screwed us around for a week on the key saying the would call when the found it. We called and asked about the key several times during the next week finally to be told 7 days later that it was a mistake and there was only one key. They then offered to sell me a second key at cost which was $310.00 which was another lie . I tried to return the car because of the lie about the key only to be told the five day return policy had expired. I purchased a second key at a local locksmith cut and programed for $195.00. So cost my xxx. These people will lie and say anything to get you to buy from them. This was my first and last purchase from Edwards Nissan Kia !!!!!! More
