In ethical business practice. Damaged our vehicle, tried to buff out scratches, caused more damage and basically are telling us to f, off in Chuck Norman's response. After Chuck told me he wasn't doing sh** for us he proceeded to get in my face pushing me with his stomach calling me a punk. All we wanted was for them to fix there mistakes. We bought a brand new car. And they damaged it. We also haven't received any form of apology for this. Every time they say will call back we never receive a phone call. Even called the district manager troy r. And has ignored this situation saying xxxx runs this department. If your gm is allowed to approach customers like this. Can only imagine what the upper management is like. More

Terrible and shady dealer ship So I bought an 08 Nissan Altima from these guys. First thing they added a $2800 dollar warranty that they said was no extra charge. We had to get that So I bought an 08 Nissan Altima from these guys. First thing they added a $2800 dollar warranty that they said was no extra charge. We had to get that removed. Now I'm looking at trading the Altima in and CarMax tells me that it has clamp marks from bending the frame back(so frame damage). Was a fleet car AND had the air bags deployed. Edwards completely hid these things from us. They showed us the Carfax and hid the fact that is was a fleet car and had air bags deployed. I will never go back again and will encourage everyone I know not to go back. Terrible and shady dealer. More

That said, my experience at Edawards Kia was well above expectation. Starting with Jim Daley, the pour guy who asked if we needed assistance around 2 in the afternoon and hung with us until we drove off in two cars around 6:30. He was fantastic, patient, and extremely helpful. I am I will take that one kind of guy, my wife on the other hand takes the deep dive into every detail of anything close to what she may want. The general manager was great in explaining what made the most sense in our two trade circumstance and my finance guy I could have shot the bull with the rest of the day. That's part of the village. My car sat at home over the weekend and come Monday I had a light on the dash. I took it to the dealership and in moments was back out in a loaner and picked mine back up that afternoon. It was some service bulletin deal. The service folks were very accommodating and my sales guy Jim Daley was all over making sure it went well. What was equally impressive was what the DMV/Douglas County Treasures office said when I called about 10 days later to see if my paper work was in so I could plate them. They asked when I purchased them and I say just under a few weeks ago. Oh no they said, you would be lucky at three weeks. Where did you buy them they asked and I replied Edwards. Oh she said, then let me check. She went on to say that they are great at getting stuff turned in. Sure enough, the paper work was there for me to plate. It has just been a great experience all the way around but again, a special shout out to Jim Daley. He knows his stuff and informs, not persuades. Plus he has the patients of Jobe. More
