It did pay to cross the bridge to Edwards Nissan in Council Bluffs. I went looking for a used Nissan Frontier and Scott Windles at Edwards was the right guy to help me out. They had a couple we looked at and test drove and they were great. But they did have one 2018 Frontier left in Inventory I knew I wanted to look at. Needless to say I was sold, or they sold it to me I should say. They made me a great deal and I’m grateful for that. Lease turn in into new Maxima After my latest experience I am giving them a 4. The sales process this time around was fairly straightforward, they gathered important details about After my latest experience I am giving them a 4. The sales process this time around was fairly straightforward, they gathered important details about my wants up front, sized me up for the car I wanted and explained the process as we went through, addon sales were less pushy this time and accepted a dismissal gracefully. Only thing stopping this from being a 5 star experience was that I came in when my lease was about 2 weeks from expiry with hopes that I could dispose of the vehicle, get the loyalty rewards for being a nissan driver(6 cars bought/leased from only this dealer) I was told I had to wait to dispose of the vehicle until the 14th, and that I was not eligible for the incentives and will have to pay the disposal fee for the previous vehicle. Seems like someone who buys consistently and more and more expensive cars(sentras to altimas to maximas) might be worth waiving. 400 dollar fee, so due to this I have to only give a 4. No fault to the salesman who was excellent and did his best. More
