Chuckie, We both know our concerns have been discussed with you many times. You lied and told us you would make things right when we first visited your office. Submitting a "car package" for oil changes was one of your demeaning solutions. I'd never bring a car to Edwards for anything, ever ! You cannot control your anger in person or over the phone. You also lied and told us you were an owner of Edwards, false. The Edwards own Edwards, you are a stock holder. The entire Edwards team is deceitful and discriminatory against women. You and your entire team are disgusting ! Another note, it is very interesting that you respond when it is a public post. You do not return calls or e-mails otherwise.

Update for this review: The final repairs were made to this vehicle on 7/12/19. Edwards service department had tightened the oil plug too tight and stripped the threads. I have emailed Chuck Norman over a week ago in regards to my original review, with no response. I still do NOT have a key to unlock the car without using the remote. Edwards has my email address from my original paperwork....stock#K190689A. Deal#93092.
