He is very personable and takes his time to get to know you. He’s also very knowledgeable and is wiling to help you in any way. This will be our 3rd Altima with a Kicks in between. Nothing bad to say about the Kicks. I just prefer a sedan. Thank You Terry for always going the extra mile😀😀😀 More
Dave made the process quick. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Very appreciative of how prompt and thorough the buying experience was. Nobody tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Very appreciative of how prompt and thorough the buying experience was. More
Took my 2018 rogue sport in for a bad alternator on warranty work, they said the alternator was covered which was great but that the belt wasn’t covered and that it would cost me $292 to have a belt in warranty work, they said the alternator was covered which was great but that the belt wasn’t covered and that it would cost me $292 to have a belt installed so I told them to put the old belt back on and they said they would still have to charge me for labor. I bought the warranty because my daughter drives the vehicle back-and-forth to school and I wanted to make sure if something happened she could get it taken care of. The Warranty should have covered them putting the belt back on they told me a new belt was $84 and then 1.3 hours of labor to put the belt on,now every alternator I’ve ever done I had to put the belt back on ,I wouldn’t think the job would be done until the belt is back on ,there should be no extra labor to put the belt back on an alternator even if I had bought a new belt which they told me was $84 then I called their parts and they told me it was $62 so there was a $22 mark up there but I would have bought the belt for the $84 and had them put it on ,but I wasn’t going to pay $210 in labor cost to do that. The fact of the matter is I know what it takes to put an alternator in but there are a lot of people that don’t and to me they would be taking advantage of a lot of people that don’t know any better by lying for profit .I have been buying Nissans since 1986 I won’t buy another Nissan and I definitely won’t deal with Edwards Nissan ever again for anything .I will take my car for warranty work or anyone else ,to any other dealer but Edwards ,the service writer I was working with was Tyler.I called Nissan America and filed a complaint about how Edwards does business. Tyler called me and told me he had talked to his manager and he said they could put my old belt back on for free as long as there wasn’t anything wrong with it,wow that’s awfully big of them, the job isn’t finished until it’s finished and the fact of the matter is the warranty company paid them to put it alternator on that car and part of putting an alternator on that car is putting the belt back on if it needed a new belt I would have bought a new belt but I see no reason to pay 1.3 hours in labor for a belt when they were already getting paid that labor from the warranty company More
