Todd Roberts was very helpful and accomdating. He kept in contact with us before we were able to get to the dealership to view the vehicle we were intersted in. We purchased our Subaru Outback 2011 basically on line.(I sat in an Outback at the Des Moines taping of the Antiques Roadshow) I wanted to do business in Iowa so I clicked on Edwards Subaru! Then Rick Ham's name popped up when asked if I wanted a quote. He was extremely quick in telling me what Edwards had in-stock. Knowing this was a popular vehicle? He knew the new inventory would come and go quickly. Bought my Outback site unseen...but was loving it the minute I drove away. Referred my son to purchase a car from Edwards as well..they bought! Buying a car - sorry - is a pain normally. Felt like our business was worth something when we walked out. Follow up by Rick is excellent!!!! As they say....Love My Subaru! More

Bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata Limited V6. The delivery process was slow and I waited over 2 hours to see the business manager. I told the salesman (who no longer works there) that I want the vehicle insp process was slow and I waited over 2 hours to see the business manager. I told the salesman (who no longer works there) that I want the vehicle inspected for any damage. I finished the paperwork and took the vehicle home. After cleaning it at home, I found out that one of the doors had been repainted. I informed the dealer, but they denied that they had done anything to the car. I filed a complaint with Hyundai and they told me that the car was not damaged by the manufacturer nor was it damaged during shipment. That leaves the dealer as the only place it could have been hit. I brought it back to them and they tried to take it back as a used trade in which I would have lost several thousand dollars. I will never buy another car from them nor would I recommend anyone to set foot in their showroom. I bought a new car from them that was damaged and never disclosed. If that happens to you don't expect them to stand behind their product as they didn't for me. If I could give them zero stars I would. Be very leary of this dealership. I'd recommend shopping them first, but don't buy anything here. Instead, I'd go see Ken Mason at Todd Archer. Good luck, but avoid this place like the plague. Just look at the reviews...this is lowest rated Hyundai Dealer in Omaha. More
This dealer gave us the run around!! We found the car we wanted and then was told a payment that we were not happy with so we left. We were called at home with a better interest rate and payment so we went wanted and then was told a payment that we were not happy with so we left. I gave the down payment and told them we did not have a lot of time to sign papers etc. so please let me do what I could while I was there w/o my partner. Arriving later we waited and waited and waited! Come to find out, our interest rate was changed THREE times after we had already been told and agreed upon the terms we were happy with. We were shuffled around and around and had to wait and wait and wait. We got very frustrated and eventually told them to give us back our down payment, they did not like this, so we took our check back and we left! I can say now that I am driving the very car (color and all) I tried to buy from this dealer- I bought it at ANOTHER dealer and the whole process took me 3.5 hours!! The third time I was at Edwards I was there 3.5 hours alone. Dealing with this dealer was horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone, they will dick you around and tell you one thing after another. More
I'm a first time car buyer who recently purchased a vehicle from edwards. The salesmen misrepresented the sales deal, and I didn't catch it when I signed that paper work (novice mistake). They refuse to resolve the issue, because there isn't a paper trail and the salesmen is refusing to tell the truth about the deal we negotiated. There finance department also screwed up my paperwork for my financing through a 3rd party, which required me spending 3 hours on a phone, during work, to insure that my finance check wasn't canceled. Be careful when purchasing from this dealership More
