We are sorry to hear about bad experiences. It is our goal to provide the best customer service and attention to every customer. The vehicle purchased was a highly modified Nissan NISMO truck. The remote start was aftermarket (not installed by the dealership). Customer was offered a replacement on the remote start or even the option to bring the car back.
