I had been shopping for a Subaru Impreza for about a month. I was initially working with another Subaru dealer. I had found one there that I loved, and the price was great, but unfortunately they sold i month. I was initially working with another Subaru dealer. A couple weeks later they got the SAME vehicle in, but would not come down to the same price we had agreed on. So I decided to go elsewhere. My cousin had purchased her Legacy at Edwards, so I decided to try here. After I explained my situation to Arnie, he went to work trying to make my situation right. I ended up getting just what I wanted at the price I wanted too! I absolutely LOVE my new car!!! Thanks Arnie & Edwards Staff!!! More

I showed up in the middle of a blizzard and Ben was right out on the lot ready to help me. I came in prepared to buy a Hyundai but through trial and error decided the Subaru was a better fit for me, even th out on the lot ready to help me. Ben was very knowledgeable about the Subaru and patiently answered many questions. Besides being an excellent representative for the brand, he was also just a really nice guy, no cheesy salesperson stuff. He and Matt McDermott made me a fair deal and stayed past closing time to finish the paperwork. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the extended warranty, but General Sales Manager Roger Peckham went out of his way to remedy the situation with a smile. I appreciate their hard work, professionalism and effort to please. More

Dealer made promises prior to sale and will not live up to the promises. ie remote start with purchase. Car started to fall apart after the 5th day and the dealer sad too bad the loan has been funded, it i to the promises. ie remote start with purchase. Found out they lied to my finance company about the features of the car to get more money from the deal. The finance company is doing an investigation into this comapny. Customer Service is not at this Dealership! RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More
