Courtlund was friendly from the moment he shook our hand. We're very familiar with Hyundais (this is our 5th) and only purchase from Edwards. (We drove 75 miles to do business there). Courtlund never pushed us to take the Limited package, but showed us the Tucson they had in stock, let us drive it, then we made the deal. He was never pushy but supportive. Confident he would get us what we want at the price we agreed on. He was personable. He asked questions to learn about us, personally, and remembered details when we returned to pick up our vehicle. He made us feel like he cared about US as people and not just a deal. Since we've purchased from Edwards multiple times before, of course we'll be back, and as long as Courtlund is there, I wouldn't deal with anyone else! More
