This was my first time dealing with Edwards. It was by far the best experience I have had. The attitude at Edwards, especially from Todd Roberts, was refreshing. You hear a lot of dealers tell you that “the customer comes first,” but often you don’t get that feeling when you actually deal with them. Todd’s attitude and actions throughout the entire process were that my wishes and desires in a car and the price came first, and that he would do whatever it took to find me the car and the deal that I wanted, not just what was available or what he thought I wanted or should have. I was impressed with how up front Todd was with information. He volunteered information on the price of the car, MSRP, invoice, residual, payments, etc in our first conversation. Other dealers I dealt with were not as forthcoming, providing that information only after several requests. I also was impressed with how quickly Todd went about finding the car and putting together a deal. I realize he was selling cars to others at the time, but he made me feel as though I was his only customer. Although he worked very quickly to find the car and put together the deal, I never felt pressured or that it was moving too fast. Finally, I was impressed at how willing Edwards was to deal with me on price. I got a good deal – great car with all the features at a great price. As I said, I would recommend and have been recommending Edwards and Todd Roberts to anyone who is thinking about buy or leasing a car. More

Recently I decided to lease a new vehicle. A friend refered me to Edwards Subaru Hyundai. My wife and I were met at the dealership by Devon Lamb who went out of his way to make sure we found the vehicle we were looking for. Everyone at the dealership including the financial rep. and the manager were great to work with. Last but not least the power and performance of the Sonata is more than I hoped for!
