I took my daughter to buy a use car a few weeks ago. The salesman sold us a 07 Hyundai with a stick. We took it home after making the deal, and within 5 hours the clutch went out. We tried to work with Edwards to have them make it right. We finally got them to pay 1/2 of the repair, and Edwards said "we are doing you a favor." xx!! My hometown mechanic said a car with 50K miles should not have a bad clutch, he said we were RIPPED OFF!! We also had to fight to only pay 1/2 of the repair, as they tried to add in other parts and charges. PLEASE RUN from the dealership and go to another, there are 2 other Hyundai dealerships in the metro area. They CANT be this CROOKED!! Since I had to pay Edwards $450 dollars, I want to make sure they get their "bad advertising" moneys worth. You will see more internet posting over the next few months. Tell you freinds and neighbors to go elsewhere, unless you want to be RIPPED OFF!! More
When I initially crossed the river to Edwards it was due to their selection. I had been test driving vehicles all day and had pretty much settled on another vehicle but decided to give the Santa Fe a shot. to their selection. Casey showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle, took me on a test drive that was not your normal square tour around the block and I was sold. What also impressed me was when there was some extra paperwork to be done after the initial sale, Casey came out to my work to deliver it. He was also available to do some follow-up that really wasn't part of his responsibility. If Casey is any indication of the ongoing service I will receive at Edwards, I'll have no problem making that drive across the river. More
My husband and I had been very interested in a Hyundai Elantra because we heard about the 40 mph. We were greeted with a very nice salesman Rob. My husband made it very clear that we were just looking and we would let him know if we needed help. Rob was very understanding and stepped back to let us wonder around the lot. As my husband was looking other customers kept test driving all the Elantras. Jeff (my husband) said lets test drive the silver one. Rob Greeder was so helpful, courteous, and friendly. I know he has been with the dealership a few years but I was so impressed with him. He honestly took the scare out of buying a new car. It seems only a couple hours later we had that awesome Elantra. It Is silver with leather seats,sunroof and bluetooth my favorite. As I am writing this review I have only had to fill up my tank once in two weeks. I am so happy with my car, my salesman Rob, and my dealership. More
Before we landed at this dealer, I had done my due diligence and got some qoutes from Amex car program. Worked with Ayn and Spencer on the qoute for a new Car. They came pretty close with a quote that I was offered from a dealer 300 miles away. We would've loved to get a bit more on our trade in and probably might have saved a bit more if we had gone to the other dealer but the friendliness of the staff swayed the deal in their favor. These guys are still about 100 miles away from us but it was worth the drive. We closed the deal pretty late in the evening and they stayed after hours to walk us through the options etc. We are happy with the service provided and with the car. There is one chrome strip missing and have a mail in to the dealer and are hoping it will be resolved soon. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend them. More

Overall a good experience. A bit disappointed that a second key and key fob could not be provided for the 2007 Cobalt that was purchased for my teenage daughter. I do not blame our salesman for that, but whoever accepted this car in trade should have insisted on getting both keys and the key fob from the previous owner. Out of respect and concern for whomever would be purchasing the vehicle next. Our salesman, Mark Patrick, apologized that he did not have the second key. And he said he would attempt to find a key fob and call. This will be his opportunity to TRULY provide service after the sale. I really hope he follows through on this because I do like him and this would solidify my future buisiness with him. I will wait a month and see what happens. Mark is a hard working salesman. I appreciate that. And based on how many people were asking for him in the time we were there you can tell he is well liked by others. Purchase was on a Saturday. We had an issue come up on Monday regarding the price. I brought my concerns to the attention of the used car sales manager. he immediately makde it right. That solidified my good impression of the sales staff. When it came to financing, the dealership said that buying an extended warranty was the best way to go about getting it financed. I am a bit skeptical that is completely true. However, they did tell me I could cancel the warranty at anytime and have the cost deducted from my loan balance. Contract states cancellation within 30 days allows for a full refund. I plan on doing that. Most importantly, my daughter loves the car. And I know she is in a safe, reliable vehicle. Peace of mind is priceless. More

I was interviewed about my desires and wishes concerning a new automobile including warranty adjustments and options to lengthen car life and am totally satisfied with the results. I was led to the Outback models in stock and given a complete understanding of options available. This experience has been most satisfying. In fact it was the best experience I have ever had at a Auto Dealership. These employees are to be congratulated for their efforts and accomplishments. I want to express my complete satisfaction concerning this visit and I recommend this dealership very highly. More
