After visiting a few other dealerships in the area I was ready to give up. It was 100+ degrees outside and I wasn't finding what I needed. My husband and I walked in on a friday night at approximinately 7:00pm. We met Charlie who introduced us to Kurt. Within 3 hours we were pulling out of the parking lot with our new Elantra. This place is filled with xxxx!!!! The salesmen are crooks and the managers are even more crooked! This place will take you for all you are worth and then some!!! We had a great deal going on a great car and they never even called the bank because they thought they would try to cheat us out of more money so we ended up bringing that car back and looking at others. When we got our other car they tricked us into signing for it that day not having insurance at all or proof of address. We got no further than 10 miles off the lot and the car went from being pretty sweet to a total lemon! The alighment went all off and the belts started squealing horribly! We took it back in to them and demanded we fix it and they told us that they fixed the timing belt... pretty sure if it was the timing belt the car wouldn't have still been running! This place is full of theives and we are not the first one to think so!!! Not to mention all the harrassing they did over the phone when we didn't come back in right away or return their calls! We are getting a lawyer to try and get out of this sour deal! We learned our lesson and will be throughly researching a dealership before even vistiting next time. BEWARE they take advantage of unexperienced buyers. I guess that is what we get for being stupid and not doing our homework! Take a look at google reveiws and you will see the same thing! Good Luck!
