I've been car shopping a couple of times throughout the Omaha / Council Bluffs / metro area, and I usually hate it. It was time to make an upgrade from my 2006 Pontiac G6, and we had it narrowed down to a new Ford Fusion or a Hyundai Sonata. We shopped around for a month before we were serious about making a deal on anything, visiting multiple Ford and Hyundai dealerships in the area to find exactly what we wanted. For our needs and lifestyle, we went with the Hyundai Sonata. Out of all the dealerships we worked with, Edwards was the best experience I've ever had while car shopping. Since what we were asking for was so specific, they didn't have it on the lot. However, they worked diligently with a sense of urgency to find us exactly what we wanted, and got it to us in a timely manner. They also sold it to us at the price we wanted it at. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable like I usually do, no matter who I was working with on their team (sales rep - Tommy, manager, financial, reception - they were all awesome). I genuinely felt like they wanted to earn my business, and appreciated it. I've had the car for less than a week, and I've already received follow-up phone calls thanking me for working with them. I'm very happy with my experience with them, and would definitely work with Edwards in the future. More

I received a great trade-in offer for my 2005 Subaru Baja which was imparative to be able to purchase a new Subaru Forester. The end result is that I am now driving a new Forester and love it! And since all maintenance on my Baja was done at Edwards I know my new Forester will have great maintenance in good hands! My service associate Melissa is the best to work with and all are valuable members of the Edwards Subaru Team. More

Robin was wonderful. She started at the high end Outlander Sport but with discussion about what we wanted, we arrived at the best car for me. My wife and I test drove a 2014 Forester in Omaha and were greatly impressed with its quiet and comfortable ride. I priced two other dealers by phone. One was overly aggressive but not competitive. Reached Dan at Edwards and he worked with his boss, Andrea to find exactly the car we wanted ( at an out-of-state dealer) and quoted a very competitive price. We traded e-mails to verify the offer and availability of the vehicle and headed to Council Bluffs to meet Dan and Andrea. Our experience was truly exceptional. Dan was one of the most knowledgeable sales professionals we had ever met and Andrea went to work to get the new car. This was Saturday. Got a call Monday afternoon that our car was at Edwards and ready to be delivered that afternoon. Checked out the new car and Dan found several items which, to him, were "unacceptable". He is truly a perfectionist and the best kind, one committed to serving the customer. He directed the correction of the glitches and arranged for the remaining item to be handled by their service department. Of the dozens of cars we have purchased over the years, this transaction was clearly one of the best. Looking forward to similar experiences with ongoing service. More
