Quick deal LONG process Waited for a VERY long time before meeting with finance. I felt pressured to buy extended warranty even after i stated I wasn't interested more than Waited for a VERY long time before meeting with finance. I was called about an error in paperwork. i returned the call twice-1 didnt get a call back, 2 no one knew what I was talking about, 3rd finally asked for a manager. Sent a "runner" for me to sign corrected paperwork and they didnt know where I was suppose to sign so I guessed. Arnie made the purchase deal fast and painless. I like this type of service because I have VERY little time. I was there for OVER TWO hrs probably 3 hrs to pick up my new vehicle and to meet with finance, wait for the spare key to my new car to be found, and review my cars features...TOO LONG!! In the 16 yrs I have been driving I have bought 11 cars and it has never taken me over 4 hours to buy a new car (came in two different visits). More
