I sent a letter to Edwards Hyundai AND a Messenger conversation I had with Tianna (and her manager as we were conversating) and I never heard one word from anyone. It just proved to me in volumes that a small buyer (single mom) like myself means nothing to a big dealership. For me to have gone through the CRAP that I did with this place, I at least deserved a response from someone at that place. I regret 100% not going back to Edwards Kia where I got my first lease. I tried to give this transaction back the very next day because I was so upset about it but Jason R said that could not be done. For me to say anymore is just a waste of time and energy. I sent Jason a copy of the conversation, after Rich B asked me for it, I emailed him the letter and the conversation....and have never heard a word from either of them. So, if any of this mattered, I would've heard from SOMEONE. By the way, if someone could please send me ALL of my paper work that I've been asking for, for a month now, that would be great. I want every single piece of paper I signed including the chicken scratch papers....one I signed with Jason and one I signed with Daniel. More
