Tim worked fast, hard and NEVER lied to us. He kept us informed on what was going on so we didn't have to sit and wait for long periods of time. We were in and out of there in about 2 hours and that included me and my husband searching for the right car. I will use Tim as my go to guy for car shopping for as long as he's in the business!!!!! My daughter recently experienced a traumatizing accident in which she was hit by another driver, totaling her 7 month old 2016 Crosstrek. When I notified Portia of my intent to replace this vehicle with an exact match, Portia went beyond all expectations and immediately scoured all sources to find us a Crosstrek with the exact same packages at a great price. It was an incredibly touching moment when Portia pulled up in the new Crosstrek and handed my daughter the keys. By far, this was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced.
