Good price, average sales experience I had located the vehicle I wanted on their website and negotiated everything via email. Upon picking up the vehicle, it took 2+ hours to finalize eve I had located the vehicle I wanted on their website and negotiated everything via email. Upon picking up the vehicle, it took 2+ hours to finalize everything and do financing on a lease. I even had to hand fill out a paper finance application. In 2017, that is simply mind blowing. I've averaged a new car every 18 months over the past 10 years. Not once have I ever had to fill out a paper finance document. Furthermore; this lead to discrepancies in income, job title, and length of time in our of current home. More
