I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with me during the whole process. My only issue with my experience came from the financial department. Ian Veatch was the financial manager who worked with me. He seemed very pushy in his attempts to get me to purchase an extended warranty. He threw out a lot of different numbers and did not do an adequate job explaining them. It is my belief that he did this in an attempt to confuse me and pressure me into the purchase of the extended warranty. It seemed very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. More

He also didn't call us over and over again as many salespeople do. Zach was very helpful and willing to back-up Connor. He took his time to go over all our questions that Connor couldn't answer. The team approach was good. Connor knew we had a soccer game to get to so he really tried to expedite our closing for us as much as possible. We will definitely recommend both of them to others. More
Pickup nightmare We are returning customers to Edwards Hyundai, and to be honest, we had done enough research to know which vehicle we wanted. That being said, becaus We are returning customers to Edwards Hyundai, and to be honest, we had done enough research to know which vehicle we wanted. That being said, because of his research, my husband knew more about the Elantra Sport than any of the sales people at Edwards. On our very first visit we were greeted by Victor R. Victor was very helpful and did follow up with my husband on several occasions. When the car we wanted was finally available, we stopped without an appointment and Victor was unavailable, so we were helped by a new salesperson named Kyle and then shortly after by Jared Foote. Both were pleasant and helpful. We agreed to purchase the vehicle on this visit. No one was able to tell us, until the deal was struck, what interest rate was available, which was irritating. We also, arranged on this visit that our daughter was going to purchase our trade in. We scheduled for the new vehicle to have window tinting and undercoating done. We did not take possession of the vehicle at this time. Our daughter completed her finance paperwork on line and was approved. We all arranged to meet back at Edwards on Thursday. Our daughter at 4:45 since she had paperwork to complete and my husband and I at 5:30 to pick up the new vehicle. When we arrived at 5:20 our daughter was still waiting for the finance person to complete her paperwork. Jared told us at this time that he was going to get our new car and would be right back. About 10 minutes later, he returned and stated that the car needed to be washed! Why wasn't this already done? Finally our daughter got into finance and that all went pretty smooth. All that was left was to take delivery of the new vehicle, so we waited about another 10-15 minutes. We had set up this appointment 3 days in advance, I am not sure why the car was not ready! Finally Jared went to check on it. When it showed up it had just finished being washed and still had water spots on it. Jared did ask us if we had any questions, but did not offer much information otherwise. After we had already left my husband noticed the empty gas tank, the car had about 20 more mile on it than when we agreed to purchase it and that it wasn't as clean as a new car should be. There was mud on the floor mats, shoe marks on the door jam and the inside of the windows were filthy from the window tinting. He did try to call Jared at that time, but had to leave a message. Jared had not called back by the following day, so my husband called back and was able to tell Jared all of this. Jared did apologize and offered to fill up the tank if we wanted to return to the dealership, which is about a 20 mile drive from our home. He explained the extra miles were probably from driving to get the extras (tinting and undercoating) done. We returned to Edwards because we had purchased our first Hyundai from them, but we will most likely not go back. More
