Disappointed Frustration has set in! We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson 5 weeks ago. The reason we purchased a used vehicle with 10,000 miles instead of a new veh Frustration has set in! We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson 5 weeks ago. The reason we purchased a used vehicle with 10,000 miles instead of a new vehicle was because they said they would re-certify the vehicle and fix some dings and other things ... it has now been 5 weeks with multiple phone calls with someone always saying they will call us back with info. I've also sent email to the the GM with no reply. Great salesmen... obviously there's a problem with their follow up or not wanting to meet their obligation. More

Which was great because the Limited had everything we wanted. Andrew is newer but he did a fantastic job of explaining all the rates and Veteran discount, and Hyundia offers.
