I'd initially called the used side of the business. However, Tim did a good job of listening and told me about the lease special. I was able to work out the details in advance and, when I arrived, everything was ready to go...which was extremely important given my schedule. Every person I dealt with, from Tim in the initial contact to the new/leased salesperson, to the finance person was friendly, capable and professional. I am not an easy car-buying customer...and yet this dealership exceeded my expectations. I plan to do business here again in the future. More

My daughter ?? the car and we proceeded to the most unpleasant part of the process, the PAPERWORK! However, this also proved fairly easy and I was done in a timely manner with no hard sell tactics. horrible finance dept! I supposedly had 2 different times to go in to sign papers. I had a very busy schedule the week we were buying the cars and I needed to get the car p I supposedly had 2 different times to go in to sign papers. I had a very busy schedule the week we were buying the cars and I needed to get the car papers signed in a timely fashion. The first time I went our appointment was at 230 and I waited till 345 but had to leave to get to work. My husband stayed LONGER to sign papers. So i scheduled to come back on Saturday morning at 9 am and when we got there everyone was in a meeting and the receptionist had no idea who we were and there was no appointment scheduled. We waited another 30 minutes and finally was able to sign papers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

Edwards Hyundai beats the rest I went through several other dealers before trying Edwards Hyundai.
