I had a low tire pressure problem with my 2009 Ram truck that started on the test drive. I continued to have problems with this over a 2 month period that only got worse. The dealership did everything poss that started on the test drive. I continued to have problems with this over a 2 month period that only got worse. The dealership did everything possible to solve the problem which included the complete replacement of the tire. Randy Hamling in the service department explained the problem with the tire and explained that a replacement was the only recourse to fix the problem. As the truck only had 2700 miles on it I felt that the dealership should cover the cost. After contacting my salesman, Rodney Bloodworth, we discussed the history of this trucks problem on the test drive. He in turn contacted the sales manager, Steve Oliver and the three of them confered and agreed that this problem was as I told them and they picked up the tab for the tire. If you've bought a number of cars over the years, you will remember that this is not the way dealers used to operate. They took a very stressfull situation and looked at the facts and made the right by the custome decision. This was a very special memory for this aging baby boomer. Paul Krupa More
Today I went in for my first oil change on my Jeep. The service guys were awesome. They were easy to talk to and my oil change was done in a timely manner. After that being said i'd like to mention that even do we had a check from our bank, you tried really hard sending like 5 guys to convince me to work with your banks, offering me a better deal, and at the end the better deal was only for you, nice try do. Also when you get a new vehicle that means new, not with 500 hundred miles on it,We drove a a black one and my wife wanted a white (which we ended up getting) but when we got home which is 3 miles away the van had 500 miles, and I remember signing a document which estipulated 0 miles.that does not talk good about you. I contacted Randy at 5:45pm on Wednesday the 9th and he was able to schedule my vehicle in the very next day at 9:00am. When I arrived I was greeted right away. I had asked to have my vehicle back by 3:oopm the same day, I received a phone call from Randy by 11:30am letting me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle, I was once again greeted as soon as I walked into the Service Department. Randy presented me with my paperwork and went over the work that was performed on my vehicle. Randy is a "perfect" example of who and what a Service Advisor should be, he is one of Baxter's true assets. Thank you for making a very stressful situation, hassle free. More

Chad was an amazing sales person. I had really bad day at Baxter today (October 31, 2009) the salesman kept lying to his teeth. When I got to there this morning he told me if we close the deal today you get free TV or snow blower or IPOD. the salesman kept lying to his teeth. After four hours of lying, dealing and welling we agreed on a price. He asked me to sign here and sign here which I did without realizing he snuck in one of the document I signed “no gift”. When it is time for me to leave I asked him about the TV he replay sorry no TV. I asked him why not he showed me the document it says “no gift”. I would not recommend any one to go to the use deal at Baxter if you want good deal and good salesmen go to woodhouse. By the way the salesman (the liar) he name is Adam Westover. More
