Once we were able to get a deal put together, the service department was able to get the car detailed and ready to go in about the same time as it took to fill out the paperwork. They had a very extensive high performance vehicle inventory and we were able to find the car we were looking for. We would recommend Baxter to anyone and we will give them a try the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks for everything Andrew. We love the 300 SRT8! The sales process was one of the best that I've experienced. I knew exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it, what I needed for my trade and what I wanted to put down and Charles was abl experienced. I've already experienced their service department when having some accessories added to my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and the facility, personnel and process was as smooth as I expect when having my vehicle worked on. I hope my Jeep lasts me a long time, but when the time comes to upgrade it, I'll certainly go to Baxter to purchase it. More
I have bought 3 jeeps from Charles and will continue to call on him. I would only like to eliminate the hassle at the end of the sale when we go through a series of people to talk about extended service, call on him. As I said, I loved working with Charles and he was accomodating and honest and fair, but I dont' like the back and forth dickering... It sometimes feels like they (whoever Charles is checking with) are taking advantage of us. I would rather do without the hassle and time wasted.. I have had a pretty good idea each time I've gone in, what price I'm willing to pay for the jeep. I do my research and I'm sure I could get it for even lower, but I'm willing to pay a fair price. My dream would be to go in, make an offer, write a check, and drive away within an hour. And eliminate the extra guys at the end trying to sell me more warranty, rust proof, and whatever... that makes me think I just bought a jeep that is going to rust and need have problems... Charles Saxton is a wonderful guy, and despite the annoying process that doesn't involve him, we will continue going back to Baxter becasue they have a good reputation, because we love jeeps, and because Charles knows us... We feel like we might get past some of the song and dance since he knows us and knows how we work. He is very good at making you want the jeep you are interested in... he knows every single solitary thing you could possibly want to know and has a comeback for anything you might be worried about or questioning... He is an excellent seller and I look forward to buying our 4th and 5th jeep from him down the road... More

Therefore, we felt fortunate to be able to work with him again in the recent purchase of our new vehicle. Charles is very knowledgeable and so helpful. His salemanship abilities are low-key but on the mark. He is a real asset to the Baxter company. Luke Kuipers and Scott Gubbels also provided great service. With their assistance, the matter of purchasing a new car ran quickly and smoothly. All in all, buying this new Jeep was a very pleasant experience. More

Jason went far above and beyond what I expected when bringing in a late model used Chrysler Town & Country Limited, I had purchased from a privte party for service and a recall. Jason helped me with the navigation system and the bluetooth system by helping me set it up as well as explaining the operation to me. Jason also showed me how to operate and/or get to the third row electric sets, the telescoping control pedals, the storage under the floor in the second row, the operation of the rear windows, the operation of the windows in the electric sliding doors & sun shades and the location of the spare tire and jack. I have purchased or leased several vehicles from Baxter's over the years and I have to say Jason is one of the best representatives of Baxter's that I have had the privlege of working with. Both Randy and John have gone above and beyond what would normally be expected of them each time I have needed my vehicle serviced. On more than one occasion, both have offered great advice and have provided superb assistance. This includes accepting vehicles without an appointment and additionally fixing the problem free of charge while addressing an additional problem I was not aware of and fixing that free of charge as well. They have been helpful with assisting in replacing numerous warrantied parts, no questions asked. These two employees are great assets to what is already an excellent service department. Although I did not purchase my current vehicle from Baxter Chrysler, I will be hard pressed not to buy my next vehicle from this dealership based solely on the customer service I have received within the service department. A few years ago I was going to another Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Omaha for service because they were closer to my work and home. What a mistake that was. The service at Baxter has always been great. Even if there are several people in line, someone from the service desk will at least make an attempt to make eye contact and acknowledge you are there. I was leaving my house for a doctor's appt. and discovered that I had locked my keys inside the van. My husband was out of town and had the second set of keys with him.
