I got my truck serviced and tires rotated. The tech didn’t install the hub caps on correctly. All where lost within 4 miles. Went back to the dealership and got the run around. GM told me he didn’t hav didn’t install the hub caps on correctly. All where lost within 4 miles. Went back to the dealership and got the run around. GM told me he didn’t have to replace them. His comment was “how do I know they weren’t stolen?” Really? I will never use this dealership again. Sad how customer service is these days. By the way now I have to purchase $210 for new ones. More

We traded our Ram into lower our payment at 0% Our sales tax form states we owe when we register. Upon trying to register our new vehicle the DMV stated we owed WAY more than what were told. The guy who did tax form states we owe when we register. Upon trying to register our new vehicle the DMV stated we owed WAY more than what were told. The guy who did our final paperwork Noah Seaman stated that what we would get back for our old plates and the sales tax that we showed on the forms we would be fine and that not much would be owed, and they did cut us a check for 500 because that was part of the deal. Of course because of the virus we were not able to do anything with plates until last week. Once my husband went to the DMV to plate it and found out what we owed he left because he knew something was wrong. He went to the dealership, they said there was a clerical error on the form and nothing could be done, they tried to cut us a check for nothing near what was owed to plate the vehicle. The thing is if we knew that was going to be the case there is no way we would of bought the vehicle! My husband even asked and double and triple checked that what we were going to owe was going to be affordable to us. So we requested our old vehicle back or for them to pay the difference in what was owed to plate. The General manager Keenan laughed at my husband and said that they would not do that. We definitely got taken advantage of especially during this pandemic when all we were trying to do was get a vehicle with a lower payment per month. Buyers beware!. More
They have the worst customer service. I had made an appointment to have them pick up my car for a recall for Monday. Beware Would not deal with this dealership. Worked on a 2008 superbee which they had $2500 over book. offered$12000 cash . came back $15000 took $1000 off . said no. week later i said id go $125 Worked on a 2008 superbee which they had $2500 over book. offered$12000 cash . came back $15000 took $1000 off . said no. week later i said id go $12500 if they replace the steering wheel emblem. it looks bad. no one wants to look at that when they drive. said we cant do that. we will come down to $14500. lowest we can go cant go lower. they bought it at auction under $11000. but you do have to pay help. so $12000 should be fair. Was told after a couple weeks they were not worried it would sell when weather was nice its a sports car. Asked someone higher up to look into it. price drop to $14308. i contact and say do you want my $12500 and fix the steering wheel now? Oh no. We cant let it go below $14000 .ok I am moving on then. I talk to higher up .and suggest moving car to other Baxter local , Offer $13000 . Next thing i know first guy contacts me and says. "I went over my used car managers head to my general managers head . I can sell you the car for $12600 out the door you take care of the steering wheel. " 1 lied to 2 started going through carfax thinking about buying the car and something didnt add up 3 At 6000 a Superbee with a 6.1 hemi needs tierod ends and alignment and then every 10000 miles the same thing . this car has been put in a ditch and not turned into carfax and still messed up . instead of fixing it . they are going to pass it along to the next poor sucker. beware. More
