My husband and I went into the dealership on a Saturday and Nick spent a great deal of time showing us the vehicle and all of the features. He was friendly and helpful. After some discussion and research we found a vehicle we were interested in on-line and went back on a weekday to test drive it one more time and to begin to discus price and financing. Rodney helped us on our second trip. He had been referred to us by a couple of friends and Nick happened to be busy at that moment. Rodney was also very helpful. The negotiations were far less stressful than what we have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Although we came to a fair price, I was a little disappointed in the lack of incentives offered by Jeep at this time. However, Baxter came close to compensating for the disappointment with a great deal on the extended warranty. All of the Baxter staff were friendly and thorough in their explanations. Although it was a late night, everyone seemed pleased to help and we never felt rushed. Overall, I would rate our experience at Baxter as Great. More
