My experience with Mark Edwards and Baxter was second to none! I had been interested in a different make of vehicle when I first contacted Mark and after a brief conversation decided to go in and test driv none! Mark did a great job of marketing the vehicle, pointing out the differences between the Jeep and "the other brand" I was also condsidering without negatively badmouthing it into oblivion (like "the other brand" did to Jeep!) After the test drive it was an easy choice! Mark had all of the paperwork ready and the price negotiated so all I had to do when I walked in to buy was sign on the dotted line. Charles Saxton was my salesmen and is the same person I used in the previous purchases. He is extremely knowledgable about his product and cares about the needs of his customer. He is honest and sincere, and he is all about making sure that you leave with a positive impression of Baxter. He found the exact vehicle I wanted within 10 minutes and worked diligently with my wife and I to get a good price for us. I never had to go to the dealership until the final price was agreed upon. I have been to other dealerships that won't even give you a price until you come to the dealership. Bottom line is Charlie is fantastic and everyone should buy a car from him. More

Car repairs are generally a painful experience. They are costly and inconvenient. I was quoted a specific amount for a specific transmission repair. When the amount charged was higher, Randy Hamelin made it right. He was friendly, fun to work with and easy to like even when the repair bill kept mounting. I do not generally like getting repairs at dealers because the cost is higher, but Randy changed my tune. Because of his great service, I have a higher trust for Baxter and am likely to become a long term customer. More
