We dealt with Michael Wells, he was great. We were looking at two different Town & Country Vans. We liked the Blackberry pearl color. Anyway, we were having a tough time trying to decide between the two and what the difference was between the two vehicles and one was at another dealership. Michael took the two stickers put them side by side and let us look at the difference. One had load sensing the other did not and that was one of the main reasons we choose the vehicle we did, the load sensing van was more but the ride was so much better. Michael was very patient and helped us decide and then helped us get a great deal. We love our new 2011 Town & Country van. We have had it for a month now and really enjoy rideing in it. It rides great and has everything we wanted, from remote start to heated front seats to auto temp control. The backup camera and sensors are great as are the triangles that light up in the side mirrors when there is traffic in your blind spot. It is truely a family and safety oriented vehicle. The service department is another reason for us buying our car at Baxter. We had a really great experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. I would also encourage anyone look to buy a new car and wanted to know which salesman to talk to that will treat you with respect to ask for Michael Wells. Sincerely, Ruth Behrens More

I just 'showed up' at the dealer service desk with pretty severe transmission issue about 11AM, and had to be back at work the next day. They made my vehicle a priority! They were able to diagnose and repair my vehicle and handle the warranty paper as well. I was back on the road by 17:33 that same day. Awesome Customer service , More
Car buying always seem to be a major chore. It probably always will be in my mind. However, as Baxter has showed me. It doesn't have to be a painful chore. Not many car salesman out there over years o always will be in my mind. However, as Baxter has showed me. It doesn't have to be a painful chore. Not many car salesman out there over years of buying cars or trying to find the right car come close to Michael Wells. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Very easy to deal with. Down to earth, personable and a super nice guy who wants to ensure your happiness with any purchase. Always responsive to phone calls. Took care of any small issues during the sale and possession of vehicle. Staff (4 people working with us) was willing to stay until after Midnight to finish up paperwork. I never felt rushed to leave since it was so late (like I have at other dealers). They made sure I was satisfied in every way with my decision to purchase from Baxter. From pricing to taking ownership to making me feel at ease. Despite the small issues which took place (all were corrected/taken care of with a little legwork from all parties involved)...I am very happy with my experience so far with Baxter. Minor Issues included 1)adding front license plate bracket which should have been completed during vehicle prep prior to being placed on the lot. 2)finance paperwork having the wrong interest rate listed 3)forgetting to put In-Transit stickers on the car 4)forgetting to fill the tank with gas before taking possession 5)telling insurance company the wrong lender information (which prompted a letter from the correct lender) 6)not sending the W6 Form until 4 days before in-transits expired Sarah in Finance was very easy to deal with. Felt like she had our best interests in mind when going over extended warranties, etc. She didn't try to push Gap Insurance since we really didn't need it. Only 600 miles in....we are very happy we became a part of the Baxter family. I sincerely hope this doesn't change over time of ownership. We are considering buying another car from Michael very soon. More

I purchased one of the last Chrysler Crossfires to be brought into the United States. It has only 4000 miles and is as the day I purchased it. I thought I did not have time to take it to the dealer (Baxter) to change the oil and took it to a quick change oil place. Since it is a Mercedes engine and I am manic about taking care of the car, the quick lube place spilled washer fluid all over and I thought that the washer fluid tank had ruptured. So on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM I took it into Baxter in a panic. I luckily got Dan Muller as my service writer. He was able to look at the washer fluid tank and tell me that it has an overflow valve that prevents overfilling. He also showed me that Baxter had an express lube that would change oil within one half hour. You can rest assured that any oil changes and other service will be done by Baxter from now on in. Dan Mullers of the world are few and far between. I can think of several pharmaceutical companies that only wish that they had employees like Dan Muller. Unfortunately, most companies in the United States do not have people like Dan. 75% of employees in U.S. businesses are incompetent or under qualified. This has never been the case at Baxter and that is why my next car will be a Chrysler 300, a Dodge Charger or Challenger. Thanks for reaffirming my confidence, William Lake More

I had originally started my search for a new vehicle at a different dealership in Omaha. After a couple hours of getting no where, I decided to try Baxter. The sales team was efficient and friendly. The inv different dealership in Omaha. After a couple hours of getting no where, I decided to try Baxter. The sales team was efficient and friendly. The inventory on site was large, I spent quite a while just walking around looking at all the cars. I took two vehicles for a test drive, a 2010 Chrysler Sebring and a 2011 Dodge Avenger. I ended up choosing the Avenger because of the larger engine; that car gets up and going pretty quickly! Once I had made my decision on the vehicle, it was all down hill from there. The final sales negotiation and the talks and signing after went very quickly and smoothly. Baxter offered excellent deals on their extended maintenance plans. Overall my visit was very satisfying. I know that when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle for myself or a family member, Baxter will be my first stop. More

My daughter worked with Rodney Bloodworth and purchased a used vehicle with which we are very happy (so far). Given this good experience, I wanted to work with Rodney when I was in the market for a car. used vehicle with which we are very happy (so far). Given this good experience, I wanted to work with Rodney when I was in the market for a car. Recently Rodney showed me a car which was a little overpriced for what it was and he said he didn't have anything else in stock that I would be interested in, so I started looking elsewhere. After three weeks, I found a car at another dealership that I was seriously considering but wanted to give Rodney one more opportunity to make a sale since he had been so nice when he worked with my daughter. I went to Baxter and explained the situation to Rodney and the specifics of the miles, mpg, and $ I was looking considering. He searched the lot and only found one trade-in which they had just received which he said was comparable. We looked at the car. Asked if it had been in any wrecks. He went to run a CarFax. While he was driving the car back my wife said she really didn't care for the car, so I went over to Baxter's search desk to tell them that running the CarFax was unnecessary. To my surprise, I walked up right when... get this... Rodney was mocking me to his cohort at the computer. As soon as they noticed me standing there taking in their little joke, they looked away sheepishly, and then in a false bravado attempt to recover Mr. Bloodworth strolled over to the printer and said something to the effect that (paraphrased) That CarFax is printing right now. (incident occurred 4/28/2011, perhaps he's learned something by the time you read this). It was at this juncture I told him that we would not be doing business and that his behavior was unprofessional. So I ask you... is this the kind of dealership you want to work with? More
