This is the worst car buying process that I have ever encountered. The salesman did so good, only to have a so called Manager completely destroy any trust. If you think you are going to go in and get treated well on your first visit, good luck!! They even put an insult by offering me over $5K lower than kelly blue book, which is listed right on their website!! and just in case you think my car might have been in bad shape, keep in mind that it has just over 10,000 miles all under warranty. We just needed a bigger vehicle and now we will have to go out of town to find a good dealership!! More

When I changed my cell phone he helped with get it all working together with the vehicle. I can't explain how helpful and friendly this gentleman is. So guess what? I just purchased a new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week and only wanted Nick to work with me. His knowledge about all the vehicles is outstanding and he represents this dealership and the quality of their employees to the hilt. I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for a vehicle.
