Went to Baxter to look at a specific vehicle I saw in paper. Had a deal for the same vehicle at another dealer but Baxter had the color I wanted & they got my monthly payment lower than the other dealer paper. Had a deal for the same vehicle at another dealer but Baxter had the color I wanted & they got my monthly payment lower than the other dealer could. They were anxious for me to take the car and ASSURED me there would be no problem with financing. 13 days AFTER I had the car they call me to tell me they couldnt get me financing due to the mileage on the car and I had to bring it back. I was shocked. #1-they knew I already had a deal @another dealership, which by now I lost out on, #2-they knew I was brand new to the car buying experience, #3-they were sneaky and the finance guy signed everything except the purchase contract. LYING, DECEITFUL, I will never recommend them. It would have been different if they wouldve told me you can take the car but it's contingent upon approval. Then I wouldve bought the car @the other dealership & of course they didnt want that! They DO NOT care about you or your family. They only care about the sale (as with many dealers but they really should have told me). Now my current vehicle obtained damage (hit & run w/$1000 deductible) and I can't get much for trade-in value. To say I'm furious is an understatement. More

My wife and I wasted an entire Saturday at this dealership. We thought we had made a deal, and went under contract, got the financing, signed all the papers and gave them our car only to have them dealership. We thought we had made a deal, and went under contract, got the financing, signed all the papers and gave them our car only to have them call Monday and THEY started backing out of our agreement by trying to get us to either get a downed version of the Jeep we had made our agreement for or they wouldn't give us the husker tickets that we were promised. I will NEVER do business with them again, we are on our way to get our car back or a check for the amount. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. More

Out sales person Nolan was great! Did not pressure us into anything and let us do our own thing but was there when we needed him to answer questions! He walked us through the whole process from beginning to end efficiently and effortlessly. We never doubted his sincere effort to help us get the vehicle we not only needed but could afford. Jake our "finance guy" was a joy to work with and gave us straight answers and was a great person to swim through the paperwork with. Charlie, Jake, and the others involved in this process made this the best and easiest vehicle purchase ever. Chad is the BEST sales person I have dealt with when buying a new vehicle. He is not only personable and friendly but went way beyond what I had hoped for when I went shopping for a new vehicle. I have had some miserable experiences in the past when it comes to buying a vehicle - being a woman most car salesmen have treated me like a brainless twit and been pushy, rude and acted as though they were doing me a favor by even talking to me - like my money isn't good enough for them to waste their time on. They would talk to my husband and literally turned their back to me. Not Chad. He immediately wanted to find out what my circumstances were, what I was looking for, what my needs were, etc. He saw me as a potential customer and bent over backwards to get me a great deal and make sure I was satisfied with my selection. Any car salesman that fits the above rude and crude mold needs to take about a hundred lessons from Chad. There are a lot of women out there and we need vehicles not snotty salesmen.
