We had picked out a 2011 Dodge Ram on Baxter's internet site on Christmas night, the next day- I received an email from Randall Crutcher & after exchanging a few emails & phone calls we arranged to test dr site on Christmas night, the next day- I received an email from Randall Crutcher & after exchanging a few emails & phone calls we arranged to test drive(over my lunch hour) a 2012 because Randall explained that the Ram 2012 he was showing us was a "little more" truck with a better $$$ deal. Well, after seeing the truck & the test drive- WE LOVED THE TRUCK!!! The test drive & paperwork were all done in less than 2 hours. The customer service was way more than we ever expected. Everyone at Baxter's went above & beyond what you would from a car dealer. We are telling all our friends & family that they need to go to Baxter's for their next vehicle! More

I had a great and eye opening experience at Baxter, thanks to Randall. He taught me a lot. I went there to buy a car and knew what I wanted to pay. I met Randall and he was very attentive and energetic thanks to Randall. He taught me a lot. I went there to buy a car and knew what I wanted to pay. I met Randall and he was very attentive and energetic. I swear, that man ran all over for me. When we were looking for a car, he talked to me about the upgraded warranties Chrysler did on their new cars, and how there were wats to make it better. I told him no need to pitch a warranty, I am not interested and I never bought one. He left it alone, but did something subtle that stuck with me. We test drove the car, he shows me how to do everything. When we got back he walked me through the service department. It was massive, and every stall was filled, plus the side lot was filled. He then walked me back to the front and pointed out how there were only 7 cars in the sales lot. He then said, warranties aren' just for profit to the dealership, the service department will always be busy, because machines break you can just decide if you want to plan and budget the possibilty or you can wait for an un welcome surprise. Then he went back to selling me the car. When we negotiated, he listened to my offers, and when he presented higher numbers, he justified them with why they were instead of making me feel like I was unreasonsble. He tried to sell me at a shorter term so I could be in a great trade situation if something came up. I chose to go longer to fit it in my budget, and he understood. I went a little higher and we came to an agreement. When I was waiting to see the business manager, Jake, Randall told me to listen to him and pay attention. He said the products he was going to explain, yes they help the dealership profit, but also provides a great service. He also said, remember you get what you pay for, and if you see services on line for warranties and other products for less, there is a reason. He told me he recommends the warranty because when He hears from me about an issue, he would rather make an appoinment and drink coffe with me, than make an appointment and apologize. This made sense. Needless to say I got the car and a warranty. It has been a year since I bought, and I enjoyed a cup of coffee for the first time with Randall a couple days ago. I put a lot of miles on my car in a year and it needed to get fixed. It runs great now, and I actually am looking forward to more service and coffee with Randall. To bad he's married. Great job Baxter and Randall. More
We upgraded from our 2004 Pacifica to a 2008 Pacifica. We love this model and are disappointed they are no longer being manufactured. This was a great overall experience. I found the car that I wanted on the web and it was sold. Randall found a comparable replacement that I actually liked better and made the deal prior to seeing it. that I wanted on the web and it was sold. Of course, they wanted me to be satisfied and wanted it to be as they represented, so after driving to get it, I could have backed out of the deal. This was not needed. Very professional! More

In addition once the sale was made, I couldn't get a hold of anyone if I had questions about the service contract or other concerns. Meanwhile, there are a half a dozen sales people standing around playing words with friends. As long as you own a vehicle from Baxter, you are married to them. Please shop elsewhere. More
I don't usually take the time to fill out a survey of any sort. However, I couldn't pass this one up. While he was there, he mentioned that he was in need of a new truck. It was at that exact moment that he knew he would purchase his next vehicle from you. Later that afternoon he asked if I would meet him out there to look at a truck. Honestly, I figured here we go.... I was 100% wrong in my thinking. Every single person we came in contact with at your company was so pleasant. They were down to earth and experienced in what they were doing. They knew exactly what we wanted and needed. They took the time to explain every little detail to us. I'm not used to that kind of treatment. You have the best group of people working for your business all around! A few days after we purchased the new truck we brought it back to have some extras added. Even that experience was a wonderful one. The woman that answered the phone when I called to check on the status of the vehicle was most helpful. I’m sorry to go on and on, but I can't express enough how wonderful the overall experience was. I worked with Nick Savas to purchase my 2008 Jeep Liberty. I wasn't looking forward t the process of buying another car but he made the experience quick and painless.
