I enjoyed the internet buying experience but did not appreciate the sales on the extended warranty and from your finance staff. I would say that was the worst experience I ever had. Randall was a ten, finance failed. His approach to a customer was less than acceptable. The staff that put on my mudflaps did very good a was ok with me not wanting undercoating or any other items. They were put on very timely and without any issue. Thanks I use the internet to not get all the song and dance about car buying. I have been owning cars for roughly 2 to 3 years before trading and do not finance them. I would prefer a much simpler approach to completing the transaction than I recieved. Why would you sell a extended warranty to me when you already are selling one of the best warrantys in the business ie the 100,000 mile power train warranty? I am used to repairing machinery and it was annoying to me to get that song and dance. I gave you a 5 for friendliness b/c of Randall. If it had been b/c of the finance guy I would have given you a 1. Same would have been for customer service. Quality of work came from Randall and the staff putting on mudflaps. More
I just bought my first G35 Coupe at Baxter today with the help of Randall Crutcher. Although I didn't get the price I wanted to pay, it was still a decent deal for what I got so I have no complaint here; ho help of Randall Crutcher. Although I didn't get the price I wanted to pay, it was still a decent deal for what I got so I have no complaint here; however the customer service that I received was exceptional. Randall was professional and at no time was he putting any pressure on me to accept the deal. I felt pretty comfortable negotiating with him, and although at the end I had to give in to the price slightly higher than what I originally wanted to pay, I can't say that I have any buyer remorse at all. Overall it was a good experience although I would have loved for the whole process to finish quicker, I think I was there for almost 4 hours before I finally got out around 10 PM with the car. The fact that they actually bought out Infiniti of Omaha means I will be back again for my next Infiniti and hopefully Randall will still be around to strike another deal for me. More

We recently purchased a used Honda from Randall Crutcher. He did an amazing job working with us and finding us just the right van. Due to circumstances beyond his control, things were a little crazy just before we had our vehicle transferred from their dealership in Kansas City but Randall was great through it all and the used car team treated us with respect. We have a small issue yet to deal with on the auto body side of Baxter, but I am confident that we can get that issue resolved without any problems either. We would definitely consider another purchase from Baxter, specifically Randall. More
I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The sales consultant was Nolan Koehn and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I explained that I was trying to decide between the Jeep and another sales consultant was Nolan Koehn and it was a pleasure to do business with him. I explained that I was trying to decide between the Jeep and another vehicle. I took it on a test drive during which time Nolan explained all the features, and what the capability of the jeep was in various situations. He was extremely knowledgable about this vehicle. Afterward we discussed the different options available based on what I told him were important to me. I asked him not to pressure me about the decision and he did not! How he handled the this first situation is the reason I purchased the Jeep from him. The price was fair and everything went smoothly. I also want to comment on Anthony Agosta, who was also very helpful and knowledgable about the additional Mopar chrome parts for the car. He made sure that I was able to get the parts I wanted and was also present the day I picked up the vehicle to make sure it was just right. Nolan worked with his manager, Justin, to get the perfect Jeep for me. I would definitely go back to Baxter for any additional car needs in the future and I will highly recommend them. More

Not only was he friendly, considerate, a complete expert about the vehicle I was looking at, he followed through on every promise, made personal contact throughout our whole process, was completely non-pressuring, and to top it all off, he's very easy on the eyes and reminded me of my son-in-law with his integrity and professionalism. Baxter Dodge has raised CUSTOMER SERVICE to a new level, and this was especially important to me as I am an out-of-state buyer. I was visiting my best friend here in Omaha, and I have ended up flying my husband out from our home in Vermont so we can drive our new vehicle home. Baxter topped all the dealers I have explored within 150 miles of our home in price, service, and selection. I think this will go down in my record book as one of my favorite vacations ever. The service department tried to repair my vehicle a month ago. After being charged $638, my car is experiencing the same difficulties and is not running. I have tried to contact the GM and the Service Manager several times to no avail and with no response. I was told that the best case scenario would that my car would be looked at - at full price - on Monday at the earliest. The service technician and the lady who scheduled my appointment were indifferent, rude, unreceptive and could not have cared less about the plight and situation of an upset customer. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have contacted my legal representation about having my service fees and cab fares incurred reimbursed to me. More
I came to Baxter looking for a used commuter car and Randall was very helpful in finding me what I needed for the right price.
