Several years ago I purchased a used pickup from Baxter in Omaha. After a lengthy sales process where I was pressured to buy an extended protection plan, I reluctantly agreed. Now, several years later I finally have use of the plan to replace the windshield in this vehicle. This was something that was specifically marketed to me at the time of purchase. The dealership now maintains that the plan only covers chips that can be repaired. If you like high pressure sales and being lied to this is definitely the dealership for you! More
I have dealt with baxter dodge for years than I care to remember. Iam one of those that want to be safe. Being a life long Nebraska person I trusted Bacter with my Dodge Ram 3500. I went in to have my air conditioner check which they had done over $1000 on and being gone for 9 months doing volunteer work felt it should be covered. Wrong they charge me $139 diagnosis fee and a repair estimate of over $740. Said it was a slow leak in front of what they did last year. Said no walked out made appointment at an independent mechanic. Charge me diagnostic fee $125 and said they could find no leaks using die which baxter did not use. Said come back in 6 weeks and recheck no charge. My unit still is cold and no leaks visible. Went back to baxter and ask for my $139 back no way ask for manager says not in will have him give me a call. Did not happen. Avoid BAXTER SERVICE. JEF More
The service center is also VERY poor and lose your vehicle and tell you they may need to call it in stolen. I bought from them, so I serviced there, and it was very close to home and work. I gave them several chances, and they only continued to make errors; the next time I had to have it serviced, they misplaced the key and couldn't find it. After searching for 30 minutes, they found it in an employee's pocket hat it shouldn't have even been in. I also had a loaner car from them while the vehicle was being serviced, it leaked antifreeze all over my garage in the middle of the hot summer, and the AC went out. When I asked for a replacement, they told me that my vehicle would be done the following day, but it was not, and they couldn't provide me with another loaner for a few more days. When I reached out to Keenan Ford, the General Manager of this location, he literally called and simply said sorry. Not that they would take action and make sure this wouldn't happen to another customer or anything like that. So if you want a terrible experience, please feel free to use their service and buy from them. I promise your life will be xxxx anytime you need to have service performed. More

Worst expert I’ve ever been through buying a vehicle. First off car was listed online at a much lower price then what I got it for, horrible customer service, and very hard to contact anyone one the deal First off car was listed online at a much lower price then what I got it for, horrible customer service, and very hard to contact anyone one the deal is sealed it’s hard to get through to anyone constantly getting voicemails, and no call back, sold me a certified vehicle that need and oil change, key fob battery was dead, blinker went out within weeks of my purchase and the. Almost 4,000 dollar warranty I bought is useless. All in all I won’t refer anyone nor will I ever be back. More

Came in to look at a Jeep Patriot and Matthew Nerz was amazing to work with. He was honest and clear with the whole process. If I could give a zero for a review I would customer service was TERRIBLE!! I didn't receive an authentic diagnosis of my vehicles issues which I had just purchased. I also have 50 unexplained miles that I did not put on it whilst they were testing it out smh. Never going back. Don't do business with them!!! More
