I recently purchased a new car from Baxter Chrysler Jeep Dodge on 180th and Center. This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from them. My sales person, Randall Crutcher was AMAZING to deal with. I knew that the process could be long and I did not have a lot of time to alot to this. He assisted me over the phone prior to me coming there, helped me pick out the right vehicle in the right price range and had it ready to drive when I got there. He had already gotten my info in front of the finance rep and they had my info approved so when I got there, I basically just had to sign the paperwork. My first experience there was less than impressive, but this time Randall made a huge difference in my experience. If you are in the market for any car, new or used, please ask for him. He was conscientious of my both my budget and my time and it was actually a pleasure to work with him. More

I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler several summers ago and it came with a hard top. This summer I bought an after market soft top. I installed it myself and about a month after installation the zipper line on th came with a hard top. This summer I bought an after market soft top. I installed it myself and about a month after installation the zipper line on the right side panel came off line. I took it into Baxter and worked with Randy. I was pretty nervous about the outcome of the service because I knew a factory soft top is around $1500, which would be a big purchase if my after market top was permanently broken. After Baxter looked at it, Randy recommended me to visit Deluxe Auto on 85th and F in Omaha. Deluxe Auto was able to add a zipper line and fix my soft top for $50. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome of my situation. My original soft top is fitting my Wrangler better than ever and I did not have to purchase a new one. I really appreciated Randy's patience and guidance to help me solve my problem at the smallest cost possible. After this experience, I certainly will not go anywhere else for service other than Baxter. Thanks Randy More
I saw an ad in the Omaha paper and called Baxter to find a used car for our 21 year old daughter. This was on a Tuesday. We told Randall we had to make the deal on Saturday and he communicated with us every a used car for our 21 year old daughter. This was on a Tuesday. Friday afternoon came and our daughter called saying she had found a car in Lincoln that she test drove and had her heart set on. Saturday morning I called Randall (with regret)to tell him we were going to Lincoln to look at the car she had found. We were already enroute and he only had and hour and a half to get back to us before we had to make the decision which road to take, Omaha or Lincoln. Randall found the exact car (only better with a sunroof and lower miles)! I am so relieved that Randall is the driven salesman that he is. We would not have been as pleased with the sale anywhere else. We negotiated the price and he met all of our requests to keep the deal within our daughters budget. Randall was genuinely understanding and personable and delivered as promised. My daughter was ecstatic when she saw her car! We would highly recommend Randall Crutcher. More

Got a call a month later from same guy saying he still needed my first month's payment (I had already made a second payment). Three weeks later I was driving and the entire electrical system went out (it had all of 700 miles). Called the dealership to let them know what happened and that I was having it towed to them. They wouldn't be able to get to it for three days, so I requested a loaner. Was told I didn't qualify for one and had to arrange a rental on my own (they wouldn't even arrange that, and the rental place is next door to their facility). Car was fixed same day thanks to an awesome service manager. Got a call three days later from the service department wondering if I was still bringing my car in for service. Brought the car in the next week to have the leather seats installed. Went to pick up the car and as I started to drive away, the airbag warning light was on. Returned to the dealership, found my sales guy and explained the issue. He told me to meet him in the service department and we'll see if they can fix it. I went there, he didn't, and they couldn't get to it because the tech guys were gone. Car also now has some kind of rattle on the passenger side. Return the car to service for the warning light issue and rattle. They keep it over night, fix the light and supposedly fix the rattle. The description of what they had to do for the two issues was a paragraph long each. Rattle still isn't fixed. Sent an email to the GM about my experience. He was out of the office but had someone get back to me that day. He agreed to refund the rental., My suggestion that they pay the first month's lease payment (that they neglected to collect in the first place) as a gesture of "sorry about your experience" has yet to be responded and still haven't heard from the GM (although he could be on vacation, in all fairness) More

When I decided to buy a new Jeep, I contacted Randall directly and he did not let me down. Baxter did not have the car I wanted on the lot, but Randall got right to work to find a car with the options I directly and he did not let me down. I knew he wouldn't let me down. Randall is extremely friendly and professional and I can recommend him without hesitation. He also assisted me with my trade and we arrived at a great price for both my trade and the new car. No smoke and mirrors and I never felt pressured. Randall walked me through everything I needed to do and I spent very little time at the dealership, which is a total pro for me. When I did visit the dealership, everyone was extremely professional and even the other sales people were friendly and helpful. The dealership itself is immaculate. I was in the middle of a busy day when the car arrived in town. Randall brought it right to me and drove my trade back. What great service! He also followed up with me after I had the car for a couple days and offered to answer any questions I had. The car I traded in was a one-year old BMW. I never liked the car and I resented the dealership's attitude. They made promises that they wouldn't keep yet continued to ask for referrals. I know that Randall will be there if I ever have questions in the future. He did everything he said he was going to do. The new Jeep has exceeded my expectations and so did Randall.
