Randy went above and beyond to help me out in a crisis regarding a blow out in one of my tires. Ultimately I needed 4 new ones (which I knew was coming sooner or later). I had had my car towed to anothe regarding a blow out in one of my tires. Ultimately I needed 4 new ones (which I knew was coming sooner or later). I had had my car towed to another service center who gave me an extremely high price. I have been a long time customer at Baxter but had hear the other service center had a special on tires and thought I'd get a better deal. Long story short I did not and Randy helped me arrange to get the car back to Baxter, a rental, and eased my anxiety with a much more reasonable price for the tires. It was a great experience in a large part due to Randy's customer service. In general a lesson learned for myself, stick with who you know. More
We worked with Charles on the purchase of a 2013 Citadel Durango. He did a great job of explaining the features of the Durango and the slight differences between the 2012 and 2013 models. What really impressed us though was after the sale was completed and the final paperwork all signed (which was about an hour after closing), Charles stuck around and spent an extra fifteen minutes explaining to us some of the 'cool' features of the Durango. In addition, when we came back to have running boards put on, he spent even more time making sure we fully understood what it could all do. I've purchased vehicles from different dealers around Omaha over the years and this is the first time a salesman went out of his way to make sure we knew how to use all the features of the vehicle. Normally once the paperwork is signed, they wish you well and they're off to the next customer. One last nice touch was Charles filling up the gas tank for us. I was looking to trade in a newer truck due to us expecting twins and needed more of a crossover! I live in Denver Colorado and shopped for months for the right car/price/customer service. It was hard to find the right truck for the right price by someone who doesn't treat me like a paycheck. I flew out to Baxter because I got all three and it made it worth the 564 mile drive back. BEST experience I've ever had buy a truck and already made my second trip 2 weeks later with my girlfriend to buy another.Thanks Randal for every thing and thanks to Baxter for making everything happen!!!!! I have had fleet vehicles for the last 7 years. And since I picked a Chrysler 6 years ago, I have stuck with the brand, simply based upon the service department at Baxter. It is unmatched in professionalism, sense of urgency, quality of repair and customer service. About 3 years ago I had to choose a Mercury as my vehicle. Not a bad vehicle, but the service department was NOTHING like baxter's. I couldn't wait to choose my next car. 1 year later my choices were a subaru or a chrysler, this time I choose based upon the service department at Baxter...I went with the Chrysler, my next choice again will be based upon what Baxter can service. Randy provided excellent service on my Jeep. He kept me informed of what was going on in the repair process and called me as soon as a diagnosis was found. I had another concern about why my Ipod would no informed of what was going on in the repair process and called me as soon as a diagnosis was found. I had another concern about why my Ipod would not connect to my radio. Randy met me at my vehicle to show him the problem. He immediately knew what was wrong and had a technician update my system to allow it to connect. He came to the waiting room to advise the time it takes for the computer to update. This saved a return trip to the dealership to have this update performed. More
I had just begun researching Acuras and noticed an RL on the lot at Baxter in Omaha. It was Sunday and, on a lark, I called to see if anyone would pick up. Randall answered the phone! I arranged to meet the lot at Baxter in Omaha. It was Sunday and, on a lark, I called to see if anyone would pick up. Randall answered the phone! I arranged to meet with him on Monday. We drove the car. We settled on a price and the car was mine. We completed the paperwork the following Saturday. I have dealt with a good number of car salemen but rarely have I found one to be as friendly, personable, and available as Randall Crutcher. Bottom line: I ended up with a great car at a good price and an enjoyable shopping experience. I normally buy previously owned cars and I intend to contact Randall for all my future purchases.
