I purchased my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in October of 2011 - but never took the time I should have to post an appropriate review of my experience. After I learned 2 peers had similar experiences recently, I was wishing I had been more vocal at the time - I will now. Keeping this to a summary of key points. - Prior to going to the dealership to purchase, I had several conversations after an initial visit about trade in value/purchase price. When we had finally agreed on a trade in value and purchase price - I went in only to meet with a "finance manager" that acted like I had never EVER talked to anyone about anything having to do with the transaction. - 4 HOURS LATER I ended up paying $500 more than my agreement with the salesperson/ I had made a good deal and truly believe they were hoping I would walk away and I probably should have. My fault. - when I was finally ready to leave, they informed me they needed to order a spare key and didn't have the owners manual for the vehicle?? both would be ordered and at their convenience - I could come all the way out there and pick them up when they were available - while I was on my way home from the dealership - so at most 10 minutes after leaving with a new car I remembered I forgot to get the security pass (family's neighborhood gate - out of state) that was mounted on the inside of my front windshield of my trade-in. Was transferred to my salesman and he assured me he would go grab it. I asked for him to call me back to confirm because it cost $125. He never called back and when I called him the following day he said "no one saw it" and my car had been completely cleaned out. I told him that couldn't be because it was STUCK to the inside of my windshield and had been for over 2 years. Asked him to go check again and waited on hold............nope, no one knows anything about it - had to call multiple times for the spare key and drivers manual - when told they had them, I drove all the way back out there but no key - talked to manager about the spare key delay and my security pass that had vanished after 10 minutes of me leaving the dealership and he was argumentative at best. Told me if I could prove how much the pass cost by faxing him something from the neighborhood security office in Colorado that he would take a look at it. I wasn't asking for a bunch of money here and I had just spent over $20K with them. He had NOTHING to offer but that ridiculous "solution" - when I went to license my car( took off work), DMV informed me that Baxter hadn't changed the title over and I wasn't able to license yet. 3 calls later and ANOTHER trip out to Baxter because apparently they needed another signature, I had to wait another week (and take off work again) to get my car licensed Terrible overall experience and "service." I will never go back, nor would I EVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Randall Crutcher is a very knowledgeable and friendly sales associate. I was recommended to him by my girlfriend who says he was nicest and fastest guy she has ever worked with and I would completely agr sales associate. I would recommend him to anyone and plan on going to him for all my purchases. Very no-nonsense guy that bypasses all the junk of haggling like 99% of salesmen and is upfront about everything. More
Randy Hamling is such and AWESOME service advisor. I had work done and was 60 miles over my extended warranty. He worked really hard with the warranty people and was able to get them to honor my extended work done and was 60 miles over my extended warranty. When he was told my warranty had expired he could have left it at that but he went over and beyond the call of duty so to speak, way past the extra mile. You can tell he loves what he does and treats his job as if it's his own business not just as an employee and he cares about the customers. That's why I keep coming to Baxter! such AWESOME service advisors. Well, Baxter, your service advisers deserves a Christmas Bonus, really! Excellent customer service is what brings back customers. I have never been happier with a car buying experience than I did with our visit to Baxter. Randall Crutcher is an amazing sales person, go far and above what any average person would have done. The both went out of their way to make sure we could get into the 2 new vehicles we wanted at a price we could afford. Baxter is lucky to have these 2 guys on their team! Thank you! More

Our experience at Baxter & working with Randall Crutcher was more than I had ever expected. We have never had anyone in the car business treat us and make us feel the way Randall did. He cared more about making sure we were happy with a vehicle instead of just closing a deal. He did alot of work for us to find a vehicle that we were comfortable with for our daughter to go off to college with. He was very professional, very friendly and very pleasant to work with. He worked with us for 5 days and we ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from him! We had never heard from anyone that had purchased from Baxter. I just took the chance, called and lucky enough to get Randall. We will definitely be repeat customers and will spread the word on the great experience we had at Baxter and highly recommend working with Randall, he is one of a kind! Thanks Randall!! More
Randy H has always been responsive to our needs. Took it in today for a oil, lube, filter. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. They did a seasonal inspection for free. Always friendly. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I emailed Randal Crutcher to discuss the incentives on a new 2012 and ended up getting such a good deal on a 2013 that I bought my first new car in 10 emailed Randal Crutcher to discuss the incentives on a new 2012 and ended up getting such a good deal on a 2013 that I bought my first new car in 10 years. Right up front I was quoted a fair price. The no pressure salesmanship allowed me to determine the best vehicle for my family and I walked away with a great deal on Jeep Grand Cherokee that will be in my family for a while. Kenny Beecher handled the business end by informing me of all financing options and providing me with ways to save money on options that were important to me. Finally, when I was unable to come pick up the truck the delivered the truck along with the final paperwork. I didn't need to buy a car this month, but the Baxter Family made it such a great experience that I couldn't pass it up. Next time I am in the market for a new car, I am starting with Randall Crutcher and the Baxter Family. More
Randy Hamling is the main reason I have my Chrysler Town & Country Van serviced at Baxter's. Having someone you can trust is very important to me, especially when servicing your vehicle. Yesterday, they did an oil change, replaced an oil pan gasket that was leaking, and the detail dept. ( Anthony Agosta ) did my annual paint sealant reapplication, as well as the interior scotch guard protector. I have a 2004 model, and it looks like new again after the detail job!
