I would NEVER recommend going to this dealership-EVER!!! I only wish I had known this before we wasted our precious time there. We were offered $200 for our minivan which was worth well over $3000 (and we I only wish I had known this before we wasted our precious time there. We were offered $200 for our minivan which was worth well over $3000 (and we received that from the BETTER dealer we ended up buying from) They were trying to get me to say our van was in an accident and it NEVER WAS!!! They were calling me a LIAR!!!! I could go on and on about the shady practices there. STAY AWAY!!! More
The worst customer service I've ever experienced even when dealing with the manager. I took my car in on a Monday, it was supposed to be done on Wednesday so I arranged a ride to work that morning (I li when dealing with the manager. I took my car in on a Monday, it was supposed to be done on Wednesday so I arranged a ride to work that morning (I live 45 outside of Omaha.) At 3:30pm on Wednesday I got a call saying "we ordered the wrong parts so your car won't be done until Friday, possibly Monday?" I was going out of the state Thursday-Monday so I had to rent a car for $330 all because they ordered the wrong part. When discussing the bill with the manager I told him if they would pay for at least half of the rental I would be happy and probably be back within 6 months to purchase a newer vechicle. He said it was the manufacturer who messed up, not the service department... (like IGAF) and then he said no a gave a smirk and gesture to leave. My car is filthy, you would think if a guy spends ovver $1000 they would at least clean the car up a little bit! More
For the sake of everyone on here, I will not post exactly how I feel about my family's experience with Baxter Dealership, instead I will say, it's not worth the drive, time, or effort to deal with that deale how I feel about my family's experience with Baxter Dealership, instead I will say, it's not worth the drive, time, or effort to deal with that dealership. Charles was great. He had great knowledge of the product, and I felt as though he was honest, and worked to get us the best deal possible. I was not planning on buying a car, but my husband was. We went in w and I felt as though he was honest, and worked to get us the best deal possible. I was not planning on buying a car, but my husband was. We went in wanting a certain car, but he asked enough questions to hear what we wanted, and then gave us three options. We ended up buying what we came for, but I appreciated the options, and the reasons why we might like one more than another. I felt a little like everyone plays the "game". Trying to make us think we are getting such a great deal, lowering the prices of the extra packages. I know that makes the consumer "feel" like they are getting a deal, but since I know you are doing it, I feel a little played. That would be my only complaint. Everyone was very nice. Charles was engaging, and shared his life, and thoughts. I enjoy getting to know who I am working with. He is very sharp! I think he could do anything he wanted. He has the drive, work ethic, people skills, and intelligence to be very successful. Do everything you can to keep him. More
I went to another dealership in the morning that was having a grand opening with give aways. I had a trade-in and wanted to know how much I was receiving for my vehicle they would not tell me. So I le having a grand opening with give aways. I had a trade-in and wanted to know how much I was receiving for my vehicle they would not tell me. So I left feeling I would not be buying a new car. Later that day I convinced my wife to go to another dealership to find out what our truck was worth. We found out and was leaving the area and decided to stop in at Baxter. It was 5 minutes before closing. My wife started looking at the new inventory while I went to get a salesperson if I could. A lot of them were heading home. Charles Saxton walked past me at closing time and turned around and asked if I was being helped I said not yet. I explained my earlier ordeal and that I know what the sticker price is I want to know my trade in value is. He responded no problem received my keys and started the process. We went and looked at inventory and chose a 2013 Wrangler Sport. My truck trade in quote came and we made a deal. The necessary staff stayed until 8:30 pm to complete the deal and we drove away in our new jeep 21/2 hours after they closed. He was very straight forward no payment schemes or anything just the information that I requested. When ever I call he responds quickly and efficiently. I give him 6 out of 5 stars he went above and beyond to make us happy. More
The entire process was very easy and well handled. Randall knew just what to find for me and once i test drove this truck, i knew it was going to be great. The sales team made the process run smooth, including the aftermarket sales and finance paperwork. This was a great experience and I would recommend Baxter and especially Randall Crutcher to my friends. More
